Seems to be an issue linking the shop to both the website and the app. You’d really think they would carry out some user testing before launching. |

I’m curious if I’m just fussy but the new Town Square App is rubbish on match days to what it used to be. The layout and the live information is really poor. Am I just being the typical grumpy Yorkshireman or are others finding issues too!?

My app keeps crashing, been doing it since the weekend, anyone else having that issue? Everything else on my phone is fine. Occasionally i get a blank screen, turn my phone off then when its back on everythings fine. |

No link to other scores and like you, I used to use this all of the time. Lots of work to do to get this app much more user friendly. |

If anyone wants to take the time to list the things that need fixing/improving, that would be extremely helpful.
Some of it is already being sorted being that the whole setup is new, but it takes a village and all that.

One thing that’s a little disappointing with it compared with the last app is you used to get all the other match scores playing that day/evening. Went looking for it last night and you can only get the Town match score. Am I missing the link or if it isn’t there, any chance we can have it added please. Try downloading an app called "FotMob". I've used it for a number of seasons. You can get your favourite teams. I've got Town, England (and now Sac Republic) and you can also set which leagues you want to check the scores of too. You can either choose to get goal alerts for every game for your chosen teams, or just for specific games, or no alerts and just let it refresh each time you go into the app. Look as far ahead into the future for fixtures or as far back as you want for results. In game 'live' tables too. It also has team line-ups, match stats, player career stats etc., depending on how much you want to dig into the app. The app's free. It does have adverts but i've never been distracted by any of them! Nothing against the Town app - but it'll take time to become what it needs to be (and hopefuly with constructive feedback, it will). |

I get the point that the button image looks a bit basic but it's fine, I've come to get used to our branding being a bit basic. The app itself is great. Don't understand what is meant by the text and tiles being busy, perhaps that's something unique to the iPhone app. I half get the point about latest and news. They are duplicated to an extent but latest is more of a home page with latest match at the top and interesting articles below... News is more of a list of items, more archive style. It can also be filtered by the team (First XI, U18s etc) I like the tables and the match info. |

Really appreciate it Seconded on the videos, I hadn't realised that section had been updated as I just jumped in and saw Ipswich v Town as what I thought was the latest, and gave up! Seems a bit odd that the pre and post Duff inteviews v Morecambe are in the Video section, but the pre Stevenage Duff video sits in the News and not the Video section...sitting behind a graphic that says "ESS VFERENCE" ?! Its just all a bit chaotic/unorganised as though nobody has actually looked at it and questioned the usability and natural flows after adding the content (the content itself seems pretty good). |

Just seen the updates on the app - much better!
My uncle is a dinosaur when it comes to technology but I downloaded the app on to his mobile at the last home match & showed him how to get to various bits. At least it means I don’t have to ring him anymore to let him know when tickets go on sale & he’ll now be up to date with what’s going on!

For some reason mine stopped working and a reinstall didn't work. It opens but hangs on the loading screen for a couple of seconds and then closes.
