From Press conference Glass Bojan out for a number of weeks injured Groin ! Everyone else with exception of Baulker is fit for the weekend. Glass Bojan? He was a virtually ever present for his previous club, he was in all but two matchday squads last season when he signed but was always playing catch up fitness wise due to their early season finish. He's picked up a couple of unfortunate injuries pre-season and now he's made of glass? 🤔 Name me a footballer that's never picked up an injury or two? Did you not see him play last season got a kick and was missing for a few weeks he has had lots of different injuries in his short time with us, I think Glass is about right at the moment, hopefully he recovers from this one and then kicks on, but he needs to stay fit for a long period of time for him not to be considered glass bojan in my opinion. |

Any way to get Towns social media team to retweet? Life long fan deserves a round of applause. not sure but the peterbrough owner has seen the tweets Hopefully can get the club to put a message on X, I am sure the away following will respond in kind if someone starts it off in the 82nd minute. |

Regarding the squad tomorrow - as long as everyone is fit (other than Balker and Bojan), I was thinking the 18 tomorrow is highly likely to be the 16 who played v Sheff U, plus Hoggy and then space for one other. So, wonder if Marshall will now take that spot?

Why would you put a player in the squad who you've only seen video clips of, who is not tested at this level, who is not familiar with our style of play, who hasn't played in any of the friendlies, who probably is not match fit, who is busy moving up here, and who has not met his team mates yet? Just asking! Because he scores goals and goals win matches, plus our 'best' other option from the bench is Danny Ward! Not saying he will be on the bench and with only 7 subs it may be better to wait until Tuesday. However, he's scored against teams at this level in the 'pizza cup'. He knows Spencer and has played international football. He would have scored a goal on his international debut with a fabulous finish if O'Shea's arse hadn't been given offside by VAR 🤣 |

First day of a new season. As usual (and for the last 65 years) I start the season full of hope (over expectation), this is a day I always look forward to no matter which division we might be in at the time. Just wish all the best to the club, team and supporters for the coming months. It's usually never dull.

All packed and ready for a overnight trip to Peterborough. Usual conversation with the misses:
Season will be over in May so plenty of time after then to go out on Saturdays (or whatever day it is).
If I dont spend money watching Town ill only waste it.
