Bolton have actually won 4 FA cups from 7 finals played. It still doesn't match our 3 league titles and FA cup though. Yes sorry. I read 3 times in the 20s. I'd say they were considered nearly equivalent in stature up until the PL, but 3 league wins and a cup trumps their record. They beat our record attendance by 1500, though Charlton have the divisions highest with 75000 Always thought that the fa cup was the big one back in them days. If you look at Town's fa cup crowds compared to league crowds it suggest there was alot more interest in the cup.

If you need a shit and have to queue there's a pretty much evens chance that everyone else thinks you're a cokehead. I know some people might have issues, but in over 50 years of football attending I can say I've never had a number 2 in a football ground. Millennium Stadium for the play off final is the only blot on my copybook.

Seen one estimate of 6 million people in the UK. Some people need a shit suddenly and shouldn’t have to worry about the state or availability of the bogs because they’re overrun with coke heads.

Exactly. It’s almost like a Viz top tip: avoid the underdog tag by simply getting relegated. Of course, the underdog bollocks has gone. We’re in the third division and most sadly seem to think that’s our level and anything above is punching. Viz top tips were superb Don't waste money on expensive binoculars, simply move closer to the object you wish to view.

We were rewarded with a turgid 0-0 (lost 2nd replay at Old Trafford, 1-0, which I listened to on the radio). The next home game was also a 40,000+ crowd v Manchester United. Heady days.

It was the one off excitement I suppose. Listening to the next round draw was a right thrill. I used to devastated after another early exit.

Never been in a football ground , and the only one time I've ever succumbed in a pub was 1982 , the station tavern (contortion at its best), ten minutes before boarding the five thirty Calcutta express to Leeds for that famous who put the ball in the bastards net league cup victory over the Beeston boys.. Whenever i watch trainspotting , i always smile when it comes to the toilet scene.
