Worrying.
Looks like the same team as last season, and a good team would have punished us this half. Healey drops out once again in warmup, meaning were now relying on Ward again.
Lonwijk at LCB hasn't used his left foot once, Sorensen still hasn't recovered from his bee sting and Evans looks fucking awful and has done since he scored.

We were told they were going to be “surgical” when it came to the window, in the end we were left on a trolley, waiting in A+E for 24 hours. not sure what all the complaints are about to be honest - we’ve been the better side away to a potential promotion rival with 5 players out injured and should be 1-0 up.

I agree, don't know what folk expect. Think the new lad in defence has looked good, Koroma looked good. Rotherham will be up there at the end of the season. |

Grown in to it. Tbf to Rotherham they have played their style well - very direct and press high and fast. Imagine that intensity will drop a little in the second half and game should open up for us. Both our strikers look sharp, so when opens up a bit, can see them getting chances.
On Evans - I think he will end up a good player for us. Duff asks the advanced CMs to play specific roles in the channels and just don’t think Evans has got the hang of it positionally yet so isn’t involved enough. Wiles on the other hand seems to have got used to it quicker and done well this season.

The are only so many games Nicholls can save us in. On the plus side he's looked far better this season than both of the last 2.

This is why we needed a striker so desperately. We’ve been able to create opportunities but we can’t separate ourselves from the because we have nothing up front. League one isn’t very good quality by the looks of it and failing to add some upfront may cause problems further down the line
