If it were possible to cancel and get a refund on your season ticket, would you? I assume the vast majority wouldn't but interested to see how many have buyers remorse after that shit show.

If you bought a Town season ticket expecting it to be a fun, easy ride then you're more deluded than I thought possible.

I’ve had one since the late eighties and it’s been a lot worse than this so no personally I wouldn’t,it’s not like buying a ticket to the movies, entertainment is not guaranteed. Will I think twice about using it? That’s a different matter. Like someone posted earlier, these “performances” take their toll on you, they really do.

I won't be using mine to watch any more of this shit. Broke my record for leaving early on Saturday, couldn't be arsed tonight, I'm just not prepared to waste four hours of my weekend on them any more. Wake me up when there's some pride back. Could be a week, a month or a decade.

Nah they are cheap for a reason. The football is shit. You get what you pay for.

I'd prefer it if we all had to pay an extra £75-£100 or so.

Sorry Jack but this is a poor poll. We pays our money by choice. It’s garbage (to be polite right now) but a refund isn’t what I’d be after. More keen on certain players and staff’s head’s on plates.

Didn’t renew so there’ll be no refund for us but looking like a very good decision right now. All I ask is we play some reasonably attractive football, win a few games and I’d have taken a half yearly season card. Not looking very likely at present.

Stevenage, scraped a win.
Shrewsbury, scraped a win.
Northampton, deservedly lost.
Blackpool, deservedly lost.
The only home game we've actually looked decent was the Morecombe cup game, the league games have progressively got worse leading to that disgraceful performance tonight.

Thankfully, I didn’t get one. I simply can’t spend my time and effort trekking there week in week out when there has been so little entertainment for so long. When this dreadful football finally ends I may reconsider. I don’t expect wins every week, I don’t expect us to walk the league. But these last few years have been something else.
If I had bought one though, I wouldn’t get a refund as I knew what I was buying, I saw the transfers we did, I knew what the last few season held so it’s pointless. Make your decision and stick with it.

Us older fans knew what to expect we have been here before. There's an old saying "you cant beat experience" of any kind.

Grow up you can’t get a refund because team is shit, that’s the whole risk of buying a season ticket.

Grow up you can’t get a refund because team is shit, that’s the whole risk of buying a season ticket. But it was clearly pitched as a hypothetical question and it could be an indicator of fan dissatisfaction. This could feed into season card sales next season so I’d say it’s a fair ‘hypothetical’ question to ask.

I didn’t renew this season.. Best decision I made in a long time.. I don’t have to watch this shite every other week.. 🍻🍻 I’m the same. My daughter seriously lost interest last season after been as keen as mustard for a few seasons. I couldn’t blame her as the experience (I hate that word when discussing football) was fucking dire. I had a few offers to move near other family members or friends but decided to swerve for a year. Apart from the play off year, we’ve been terrible to watch since the second season of the PL. That’s a hell of a lot of bad football and it kind of gets you down, a bit like being stuck in a loveless marriage. I haven’t divorced the club; I’m just having a trial separation and a bit of counselling! 😂

I haven’t divorced the club; I’m just having a trial separation and a bit of counselling! 😂 Id actually put to you that we were not great to watch quite often under Corberan. It was a successful season using tactics that were often spoiling and hinged on set pieces etc. Corberan had a squad, quickly grasped what they could and could not do and got them to be consistent at it. There may have been a few who didnt like playing that way but winning over rides that and confidence grew along with work rate to make the tactics work. Duff needs to have more players working harder for each other at the moment, its really as simple as that to get impovement, they worked very hard second half at posh and stopped them playing. To get yourself the platforms and the chances to play you will, even in the third division, have to work hard for it. Birmingham spent 30 million but if you watch them, they are working pretty hard to allow their better players the opportunities to shine. We are not supporting each other front or back enough, its bleeding obvious when you see the man on the ball having one pass, usually backwards, or no passes on.

Had one since 93 and we've been infinitely worse than this shower of shit we're putting up with at the moment. If you bought a Huddersfield Town season ticket expecting everything to be rainbows and unicorns then you haven't been paying attention to our history

I'd never had a season previously where we'd done so well yet I came out of most games bored to tears and wondering how

It’s like a status of importance for some fans. I never owned one or thought about owning one until kids came along. I just pitched up and paid and all my mates did that too. Went to most games, home and away, but it never crossed our minds to buy a season ticket.

Most of the other seasons were shit football, negative goal difference and shit league positions.

When we came back both my uncles had season tickets (old school ) so I thought that was the done thing. Plus I'm a Yorkshireman and any money-saving appeals to me

No, irrespective of the ups and downs its something i've done for years, i'll only stop buying a season ticket if they become vastly overpriced or i get fed up with going to live games.

I don't want a refund (if I could get one), I agree we are not at the races right now and it is easy to get disheartened, but at the end of the day, it's the club we support and the fact that we have one is enough for me, despite my disappointment of what I have seen over the last two games.

Didn’t renew so there’ll be no refund for us but looking like a very good decision right now. All I ask is we play some reasonably attractive football, win a few games and I’d have taken a half yearly season card. Not looking very likely at present. It's a division below of course but we have won a few games - 4 in the league and, unusually, 1 in the cup. It isn't a correlation to attractive football but we've also scored more goals than the equivalent point last season. We're 5th in the league after 7 games although 5 teams below us could go above if they win their game in hand (some might be playing each other which could prevent all 5 doing so). Last season (again acknowledge it was Championship) Warnock had 7 league games of which 2 were won. When he left we were 16th which was the highest we achieved all season. We've lost and failed to perform adequately in two consecutive games which most of us considered winnable but in neither of them did I consider we were totally outclassed in the way Norwich outplayed us at home in August last year (the first of 9 times last season when we conceded 4 or more goals in a league fixture). I'm far from happy - I travelled 800 miles and (thanks to all the M1 speed restrictions and delays) 18 hours to watch those two home matches but overall I'm still enjoying it more than I did last season. Duff needs to get more out of the players and the team collectively, starting at Reading, and I do fear we may have one or two poor results to come (Birmingham away anyone?) I do remain confident though that we'll get more (results and performances) out of the next 22 league matches than the 3 wins and 11 draws Moore was able to deliver in the equivalent period last season. If so, I'll still be enjoying it more than I did in 23/24. So no refund being sought here.
