I felt we were the better team but Reading took their chances and we didn't and didn't have the luck on our side. Results must come soon however.

I've been saying this for months and not following through but Christ, I can't do this anymore. We're the worst football club in the country to support.
Team are useless. Managers are clueless and that American C U Next Tuesday has made us a laughing stock with his antics on social media
Ashamed to support this club.

Heads drop too easily when we go behind. You could argue we shouldn't have been behind - Pearson's second should potentially have stood and their second should definitely have been wiped out - but there is no excuse.

This has to be the end of Cartwright, he has appointed all these managers who aren't the right fit for the squad. Agreed. Cartwright needs to go regardless. But, I would say if the club is adamant on 352 system (which would be all the previous acquisitions of managers/coaches under current regime) the MC has FAILED in getting players in that actually fit the system. There was a reaction today I felt, there was effort and commitment, which is a positive. We lacked cutting edge though when we were in good potential possessions. If we are to have a bad dip in form, then now is the time to do it, rather than critical points and the business part of the season. |

It's OK guys, we had a few shots in the first half.
I was shocked Duff set the team up so negatively but more shocked at how many of our fans are so accepting of 6 defeats in 7. Piss weak mentality at this club from the boardroom down.

It's such hard work watching us. The formation is awkward, everything is rushed. Just so scrappy and incohesive. Nobody looks comfortable and we just look really poor. So many things appear to be wrong and it's so depressing to think about it all. Fucking fed up of it.

We haven’t turned a corner, we are still on this downward spiral that started in Deans final months as owner the first time round and it’s still continuing under Nagle.
The playing side need to take a look at themselves.

It was an improvement on Tuesday. But it was a toothless crap performance today.
Once they scored, courtesy of multiple fuck ups to get rid of the ball that we messed up, there was only one team going to win that game.
If Birmingham turn up on Tuesday, then we're fucked 🤔

Dreading Birmingham as that dreadful defence could easily have 8 put past them

They score both their shots on target. Their keeper makes a number of saves. Nothing goes our way. One of those days. |

What is the definition of a crisis? 4 defeats out of 5? 3 defeats in a row? 5 defeats out of 6? 6 defeats out of 7? 7 defeats out of 8? Does anyone think Town will best Brum? Will we beat Barnsley? If not does 9 defeats out of 10 represent a crisis? Our one win at Bolton can be seen as an aberration. They have done well since. We have crashed! What do we do? Restructure starting at the top down to the bottom, never happen. Why you think the likes of Warnock and Brian Clough were so successful, they didn't take BS. |

Formation still doesn't work. It's not working and it's crap to watch.
Nobody in defence or defensive midfield that can pass a ball to start a move until the last 8 minutes.
No leadership.
Soft as shit.
For the love of god don't set up with this shite 7 defensive players at Birmingham. If we get pumped having a go then fair enough, if we get pumped set up to sit back we deserve it.
Change 5 at the back to 4. We need legs in midfield, put Hodge and Kasumu together both can get about the pitch, one is our best passer the other can tackle and carry the ball.

We're shooting, creating chances but it all goes back to the club management for,yet again, failing to invest in a proper striker.
Thought we played better today, passed it around better and worked hard. Just lacking quality, again.
Another loss you can pin on the club, not the fans.

They had 2 non-blocked shots in the whole game and scored both. Our strikers weren't in it at all. That's the difference today.
It may be formation, or it may be that our strikers are just shit.

I’m in Birstall after a funeral yesterday otherwise I’d have been at Reading. Yet another 220 mile drive home to “look forward” to later today then I’ll be repeating it next week I suppose as I’ve already got my Barnsley ticket. I’m seriously thinking of just not bothering. It’s not worth it with this club.
