Bojan had a shot that literally ended up going backwards. Can’t believe he’s on the pitch at all. That was Marshall if you mean the low cross that was swung at and hit a standing leg. Was it? Both can be hooked now for me. |

They look like they are trying to me, just have no quality and the tactics are shite. Off the ball we don’t work hard enough, we don’t press their back line, we don’t chase down, we are lethargic and we’ve no fight in us. We’ve conceded the first goal 8 times this season and lost all 8, that isn’t a coincidence. Just seen their goal again and the complete lack of reaction from the entire team, including Spencer who fucked up, is a joke. Heads down, get the ball out the net, trudge up the pitch. No despair, no bollockings, not encouragement. Pathetic bunch of wetwipes. |

They don't seem to play for any manager. Don't think Duff is the issue. Yeah he's made mistakes, like every other manager. This set of players are spineless as fuck. It needed an overhaul to move on, and we didn't get it. After last season’s debacle 90% of the squad should have gone. |

Duff speaks in the media like he has a plan and a way to play, but watching the games I really can not see any sign of a plan or an idea, we are not even one dimensional. Bojan should not be anywhere near starting for us, Spencer is not a RWB (Turton better or change formation), Lees doesn’t seem to care, Kane is a tidy player but he os not on the ball enough. Healy and JK must be fit enough to start now both been on bench last couple. Change it second half and have it more like Chapman Turton pearson. Nige Spencer Kasumu Kane. Wiles JK. Miller Healy Add to that wiles is the only one who will actually shoot from outside the box. Think we are starting to see the Barnsley Kane, side to side easy choice every time |

Don't get me wrong I'd have shipped a lot of these players out if I could but we have what we have so play to their strengths

Another proud moment for Duff and the players, and another low point for every fucker that has to ensure this shit. Everything is completely wrong. Tactically we are all over the place, we just look so disjointed, no idea how to use the system to our advantage. I just dont know what it will take for everyone at the club to wake up. Relegation from the Prem?, relegation from the Champ? Losing several games already in League 1 with a whimper? Losing to a team who were working their full time jobs before playing against us? The reaction, is to then come out and do more of the same? We are playing one of the worst sides in this league who concede shed loads of goals, and we have 1 meaningful chance in 45 minutes.... forget any chance of promotion while we continue to do "more of the same". Until we get some leadership from the very top this is about as good as it gets. The whole mentality we have is pathetic. Im not arsed to watch the second half cus I know exactly what will happen, we are so weak mentally we havnt even equalised after going behind in the league, never mind won. I did have the tiniest glimmer after watching how angry Duff clearly was, and how they reflected on the biggest humiliation this football club has had, that maybe, just maybe this was when someone said enough is enough, but here we are.

It’s crazy from both the recruitment team and the manager, to agree to only have players for one formation. |

4-3-3. Lonwijk full-back. Miller left side of a front 3. Koroma on and down the right. Healey down the middle. Lack of wingers to change it up properly means that we’re restricted, though.

Last time we were in thisbleague we had the likes of Peter Clarke, Lee Novak, Antony Kay who would run through a brick wall. We don't have anyone now, they are all soft as shit. Anfd last time we were in it, beat Wycombe 6-0 if memory serves me well, and if Theo Robinson could have hit a barn door could easily have been 10-0 or more. The bloody reverse could be true when we play them this time. Then though we had two wingers with pace who could actually get up the field without 45 needless passes back to the keeper. |

Absolutely awful. Given we've had a major wobble already I think it's time for Duff to go if we fail to win today. Miles off where we should be. I’m not inspires by Duff anymore but you can’t keep sacking managers. The root cause is shit players and another god awful transfer window by Nagle and Cartwright. |

When you consider the mess Crawley were in at the start of the season as well. They’ve got players in who are grateful for the opportunity and don’t think they are better than us. How many of our players reckon they can play in the championship? Probably most. That’s the problem

Miller is a converted winger, Headley is better in that half of pitch, Marshall and koroma can play wing even Danny Ward. I agree it was poor recruitment but there are options. |

Getting hard to defend Duff, he’s been here 6 months now and we still have no cohesion, no recognisable style of play and a team who rarely look motivated. What on earth is going on?

FWIW I think on reflection he's been the wrong appointment for us, but this lot must be really hard to manage if their heads are dropping so easily. He's steady and straight talking, but not much of a galvaniser and lacks the magic of presence that our best managers have had. I'm not suggesting we re-tread old ground, but these lot need a Wagner type. The only performances in the last year where they've shown any guts was in Worthington's caretaker spell. Lots of mistakes and naivety in that short time, but it's the only bit where they've been obviously trying their best. There's ingredients of a good team within our squad that aren't being used. We need another player with Miller's mentality, and a gobby, positive leader in the Hefele mould. AND A PROPER FUCKING STRIKER! |
