The reaction from behind is going to paper over the cracks for another week or two, unfortunately.
No idea what the solution is at this point but things really aren't good.

Duff will be buzzing with a point. Keeps saying we need to draw more games. Darren Moore would like that comment

Pathetic result against a side who will be playing League 2 football next year. Teams who go up will be winning these games comfortably, we have already shown numerous times we arent good enough to go up. Dress it up all you want, that we came back twice, this and that, but its 2 points dropped, 9 points already behind Wycombe and Birmingham. Already a gulf between teams that will be up there, and teams who will be mid table.

This is still not a great result. It's not great no, but it's the best result we've got after going behind for 9 months. When the bar is as low as just scoring a fucking equaliser, then that's not great, but at least we've done it now. And also equalising again straight after going behind again is a good sign. Ultimately it's encouraging, we had a good go at them in the second half. Next hurdle is winning from behind, then we might be getting somewhere in terms of resilience.

Crawley are a bottom 4 side to begin with and then add in all the injuries they have and you get one of the shitest teams you're likely to ever face at this level. The fact it was such a struggle is alarming

I cannot believe our low our standards have become. Town have forced a draw at … Crawley. Yet we are supposed to be a promotion seeking club, according to the owner. He needs to know promotion seekers have goal scoring forwards. We should know we used to have some.

I think Duff has to go. He’s not getting the best from this lot. Which lot Koroma can't head a ball Bojan is shite Marshall is beginning to learn his trade. Our midfield is shite Spencer has gone backwards Wiles is invisible. Kasumu is bloody limited. We have NO pace etc etc

Why not try to get ahead in the first place? Why spend much of the first half slowly passing it between our defence and midfield and back to the goalie?

The fact it was such a struggle is alarming That’s the thing. It’s not like we missed chance after chance, were denied three perfectly good goals by the officials, conceded two goals that weren’t goals and so on. We were anaemic. We laboured. We didn’t react to conceding the first by stepping it up. We went into shells. The fact is had we gone behind twice, reacted, and blown them away it’d be a positive. We didn’t.

An OK.game to watch but we were absolutely shit for most of it. If that's the kind of reaction we gey to the Tamworth result then Duff needs to go for me along with half the squad.
Shit result against relegation fodder

Take a point seen as though we went behind twice but what a shit performance from the strikers. More than enough chances to score 5 or 6 and the defence was a joke too. Play like we did for the 10 mins after we scored the 2nd and we might scrape play offs

Duff out. Cartwright out. Can't blame having shit players in a strong league anymore.
Lost to none league part timers Lost to L2 Walsall Lost to L2 Doncaster Lost at home to 17th place Northampton Lost at home to 18th place Blackpool Drew against 21st Crawley
We're 8th at the November international break. The tactics are shite, the style of football is shite. He is incapable of changing a game, just keep doing plan A even if it's clearly not working.
For some reason he's getting the benefit of the doubt, EIGHTH with that squad is a disgrace. He plays a system that doesn't suit anyone. Let Lees and Pearson have the ball nice one. Spencer was a wing back, yeah sure Michael. Bojan is crap, Marshall isn't a back to goal player. It's absolute tosh

It’s a good point away from home when you consider we were behind twice, we probably should have gone and won it also in the end. First half really shocking duff needs to find a way to get the team playing from the start, second half better once we had 2 better strikers on the pitch.
Despite the above really not happy with a point and we need to be much better and need to see some form or a plan of how to play, hopefully Healy, Koroma, Helik and maybe others fit enough to start the next league game.

Can I just say that every single away fan there in that ground today was unbelievable. Support like that is so undeserved for this pile of shite.
That being said, for the millionth time, sacking Duff is NOT the answer. Sacking Cartwright is.

Starting to look like it's a new manager by January. Wonder how many more managers we have to go through before the man hiring them gets the bullet

It's very clear after so many games that we will struggle to make the play offs. I don't blame Duff but Cartwright and Nagel are falling way short The downward spiral continues, we need a total change in recruitment and it would still take another year to bring this about. Nagel is failing the club, expect more years in the doldrums aka Sunderland.

Not unreasonable. Balanced. I don’t entirely agree, but it’s hard to disagree (if that makes sense). Something else to be borne in mind: it’s about the fourth or fifth time this season we have conceded to every shot on target the opposition has had. Something of a statistical freak, and nothing to do with the goalkeepers either. We’re defensively more solid than perhaps we’re making out, but we lack that intensity elsewhere.

That being said, for the millionth time, sacking Duff is NOT the answer. Sacking Cartwright is. I agree Cartwright needs to go, but that squad available today should be playing much better for 90mins, that is nothing to do with Cartwright that’s either the players of the coaching / tactics. If we are serious about trying to go back up we need to work out quickly why the that squad is performing like that, and that has to be Duffs fault either he has the wrong tactics for this group or this group are not playing for him, as they are better than they showed today.

Utterly bang average/crap performance. No urgency until 60 minutes when finally started moving the ball quicker. Sloppy sloppy goals to concede.Wound me up no end. Even more annoying is fact that all the above applies yet they’ve had 3 shots and scored twice and we’ve missed 3 sitters. If this lot could sort their bloody mentality out we’d piss games like today. As it is they won’t and they’ll be a few more of these.
