so they're saying glennon committed a professional foul.... even though the evidence says otherwise... well that's nice of them...

The more I think about it the more the decision annoys me
So what the FA are saying is Glennon is a liar / cheat
Also says Southend's Clarke is a liar / cheat
And that the ref made the correct decision (rather than making a mistake which we can all do)
Why don't they charge Ritchie with a frivolous appeal?
Frankly the whole thing is outrageous
Does anyone have confidence left in the current FA appeals process? Not many I would suspect.
In which case it's not fit for purpose and once Barwick and the other "top brass" finish with their 'root and branch' review of the England setup maybe they can look at the IMO flawed appeals process instead of wasting time messing around with the rules of the game - can someone explain explain "phase one onside" to me please!

No real surprise from the FA, I honnestly don't know where an appeal gets you? unless your a top 4 club....

ironically adam proudlock had a red card rescinded this week after the ref said he made a mistake........apparently the ref also sed he made a mistake with glennons, but even if he didnt, the letter from leon clarke, let alone the video evidence shudve been enough to rescind the red card-but thats the FA for ya,utterly useless, cant remember the last time they did ANYTHING right at any level of the game

And no doubt the club have had to PAY for this appalling decision.

if im right its £500 to make an appeal-n obviously they were thinkin £500 well spent as the red card wudve been rescinded-until the fa decided they didnt have a clue as to what they were doin

Didn't Kenny Irons always used to somehow get himself a 3 match ban around this time of year? The Cheltenham game would be your 'Partry animal's' day to get a 3 match ban. Duncan Ferguson did it virtually every year.

Glennon well the FA understandably gave us sweet FA( excuse me for that) .Sinclair well I hope he hasn`t booked any holidays( THINKING HE COULD BE DUE A SPOT OF YULETIDE LEAVE!!!) because if AR has any sense he would have him cleaning the loos until the New Year.

That is not good. Does that mean a 3 match ban as well? A pity, because for the last few weeks, bar the last match, defensively we have been on the up. Plus, without Sinclair we look a bit shakey
