At 18:04 and stayed to the final whistle (EL is 60 miles from Northampton)
Shows how sh8*te it can be to get away from the Mac sometimes (Vs Leicester was still stuck in Huddersfield at 18:04).
Another solid performance & should have won, just fell to a sucker punch at the end. Goal at the the other end so not the best view. Thought we should have done better with the initial ball played upfield (but as the defence was pretty solid up to then hard to be too critical).
I'm afraid we still looked lightweight up front and we're desperate for someone to lead the line. Looked better in that respect when Cads went up front (and improved again when Boothy came on).
Just wish the season lasted longer than 46 games (or that a certain someone had never darkened our doors).

Yeah it was a strange game that. Thought the pitch was the 'leveller' really, players found it difficult to stay on their feet.
Same old really...had we had a finisher on the pitch i think we would have won comfortably. Think LC will get someone in this week ..he has to if we are going to make a push for the play offs. Took a Villa Supporting mate with me today..was impressed with Cadders and Goodwin.
Havent heard any post match stuff yet but im guessing LC will be bitterley dissapointed with that (without wishing to state the bleedin obvious!) but like i say .. on a normal pitch i think we'd have won at a canter.
Great support..Bleedin freezin!!
Well done Mark Ainley..Thanks for the kiss..sorry i missed it!! ;D

Got back at 6.45 and I am disappointed BUT.I reckon this may have been our "worst" performance under Lee but far better than anything Stan served up in the league.Onwards and upwards.TTID.

it was a very mediocre performance from town. I thought that Alex Smithies played really well. Butler was fantastic but we still need a striker!
and Bristol terrier you obviously didnt go to Carlisle because that was a lot worse than our performance today!
I am just disappointed we didnt get a win.
its still a valuable point away from home and on the plus side L**ds lost!!

Great following on a freezing day. A big thank to Ainley on getting my 69 year old dad plastered!! He is just starting to recover after being on the pints of Stella!!
A shame you that Jimmymac hadn't been there to join us.
We just need a striker or two to get us the goals that will fire us up into the play offs.
TTID

Got back 10 mins ago...fairly gutted with the result ! They should have never had a chance of winning it really ! A striker was missing..i think final ball was a bit poor most of the time as well ! Its still bugging me, why when collins dilibarately decided not to send a through ball to roberts but to send him into the corner....he tried to cut it back in against two men !?! Collins seem to put his point of view to roberts after the match anyway...A striker (or two) away from a promotion team i think !

We tried to walk the ball into the net but played some good stuff on a really tricky surface - didn't really think it was fit myself- gutted at the result though - mom Butler - we are looking pretty solid at the moment just need to be more clinical.

just a note to say today is the only time i have almost slapped a town fan, if i'd have heard come on my brother and the individual involved slagging players off for no reason one more time......grrr Nothing to do with the game, but I would like to have cracked the rude obnoxious oaf in seat H88 this afternoon for his rude and obnoxious attitude regarding the admittedly farcical 'sit where you want' arrangements. To this person: Town don't need fans like you . Sod off to Valley Parade in future please
