Well said Terrier67, you only have to look at the man MOTM polls on here, with people voting for Jevons & Williams. To be fair, Williams has been playing well since the turnip left. I'd like to vote for Mr S Ternip from Burnley ..... for cooking the Best Xmas dinner in 2008 ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

As much as the night chosen could be considered ill-timed, the one thing our club cannot be accused of this season is pricing out the common fan - i didnt hear too many complain at £100 season tickets because someone subsidised it. By all means the dig at the use of the trophy/choice of night etc but lets not go overboard on the pricing angle - overall as fans we get a damn good deal at the moment financially!!! Exactly - well said, Unfortunatly some fellow supporters do not see the bigger picture!! It appears whenever something doesn't go there way they spit the dummy out - It's about time those with grievance should just deal with it and if they have any further problems they have sean and marcus user ID That's the lord haw haw dunkirk spirit.

How many people usually attend these awards? If the number is say around 300 then it equates to 1.8% of current season ticket holders are affected.
At the end of the day I like a large majority of supporters have never attended these awards and quite frankly isn't bothered so to me and the majority of supporters this isn't an issue that we should get our knickers in a twist over.
I do not believe that award ceremonies should be the exclusive right of supporters organisations although the timing of the clubs award ceremony could have been better handled.
