to place a pic on the left do the following: 1. Sign In. 2. Select Profile (See Link) www.fivenines.biz/images/profile.jpg3. Select Modify Profile 4. Scroll to the Avatar section. www.fivenines.biz/images/avatar.jpg5. Find yourself a picture on the internet. 6. Right Click it and select properties. 7. From the resulting popup window Copy the Address - Highlight all Address - Select Ctrl C or Right Click & Copy 8. Paste the Address and paste it into the Avatar URL field - Right Click & Paste or Ctrl V 9. From the Dimensions which should be Width x Height pixels (See Link) www.fivenines.biz/images/properties.jpg10. Enter the Width into the Avatar Width field 11. Enter the Height into the Avatar Height field 12. Finally, Scroll to the bottom of the page and select the Modify Profile button. This should stop you Avatar looking all goofy and distorted. yea but all photos are more than 100x100 so its still blurred

That why i included instructions oh changing the width and height as well to stop it looking distorted.
9, 10, 11 from the properties of the image.
Read it again.....

my avatar on the website is 500x300 or something like that but the most i can enter on profile page is 100x100 so what can i do

also you can load a picture somewhere and point to that. The likeness to me on the left is only slight . but good instructions darren managed to do it myself easily, so must have been clear. If anyone needs to make a picture smaller then there is some free thumbnail software available at www.fookes.com, which i use all the time to update my dvd 'library'.

is there a way to put an avatar in that you have already got stored in documents if so can you let me know, as i am doing ok up to the copy 'n ' paste bit however i have the image i want in a file.
