I cant believe there was 150 available on wednesday for general sale and they took 2 hours to sell! That means we only 1550 sold to season ticket holders? Taking that into account do we think we would have actually sold a full allocation? Or is it more a case of people thinking that they would have been snapped up and it would be waste of time going? Or is it that the ridiculous prices put people off? To tell the truth I think many didn't expect to get a ticket and so didn't try - me included. Had we got the full allocation I think we would have sold most of them. By the time the tickets were on general sale everybody knew about the beamback (at greatly reduced prices to Bellend Rd, especially for kids) so most knew they could get to see the game anyway.

Yes we lost 4-1 against southend but don`t read nothing into it. Glennon got sent off for a very harsh challenge, sinclair was stupid to get sent off. Be a few changes on sat. Emergency keeper or smithies to play saturday. holdsworth-right back, mirfin, clarke in middle, williams at left back. kamara, collins, wallwork, cadamarteri booth, jevons we need to get at leeds right from the off. was at the game last night-very harsh red card for glennon(i know people boo him etc but even at the time,at the other end, without having read the opinions til i got home,it seemed harsh so wud hope no1 gets on his back for it)sinclair was stupid, and holdsworth isnt a midfielder,he isnt strong enough in the tackle at all,get him back to right back and worthy in the middle-also town to win 2-1 or 3-2

If the flag goes to bellend road, Lets hope the flag bearers do a better job than the Grimsby effort!! It looked more like a giant blue n white condom floating about!!! to be fair there was not really enough people in the crowd to make it work. however a sell out crowd would work really well

Hello heckyblue, how are you doing? are you going to the beam back with motherwellterrier on sat? personally i don`t think i am due to not having a experienced keeper between the posts and i don`t have much confidence after last night,i may change my mind yet. Is it a ticket match or pay on the turnstiles. If you wondering who the hell i am,it`s kilnerbanker. just altered my username due to a new era beginning.

Any chance of getting a good corus of Smile awhile going saturday instead of just about 10 of us. Its a great feeling when then song is sung and the other fans just go quiet.

So anyway - team for Saturday
Glennon - surely his ban will be rescinded.
Scarz Mirfin Clarke Holdsworth
Kamara Wallwork Collins Cadamateri or Williams
Booth Jevons
Not sure if he'll risk Williams but might want him there defensively as we look too attacking in midfield otherwise.

Just a random question really, is anyone taking a drum? to add to the atmosphere? and the big blue and white flag? I can't believe anyone will be taking a drum ;D How flamin annoyin would that be if you were unlucky enough to be sat (stood) next to them. Just let your voices make the noise, being the away team usually spurs fans on to sing more anyway.

Me and numbers sat in the seat in front of him at the Town v Blackburn game... Fricking head didnt stop throbbing for about 3 days afterwards and i couldnt stop shouting when conversing. I wanted to ram his drumstick thing down his throat on 90 minutes. Just a random question really, is anyone taking a drum? to add to the atmosphere? and the big blue and white flag? I can't believe anyone will be taking a drum ;D How flamin annoyin would that be if you were unlucky enough to be sat (stood) next to them. Hahaha, i managed to wind up some L***s fans on a norwegian messageboard, and they responded with what could be interpreted as a threat on my life. Pathetic twats.

No ticket for Bellend Road and can't come over for beamback. Have to stay in L***rpool where they don't give a tomtit unless you are overpaid and foreign (pick most Redsh**e) or an overpaid whingeing Scouse Redsh**e (not "God Stevie G" surely??). Two results for me. Town winning at BE Road for main course, followed by Reading winning at Shamefield for pudding (or dessert if ya posh). Two blue & white teams beating teams worth despising.

Through their darkness, they have truly seen the light, the white light/white heat, they can feel Leeds United in their souls.
You either feel the love or you don't, location is irrelevant, you're either LEEDS or you're not.
I wish you could all feel our joy, but sadly, not all of us are blessed.

You are not dopey enough to miss my Quisling reference are you? I know L**ds fans are thick & ignorant, but I did hold out some hope for Norwegians despite them following Liverpool. Oh, perhaps you are just a scum living out there. Fair enough.

Starting to get the pre-match tingle already. Sorry Leeds fans that's NOT because we're playing you, more that it's my local game; a five minute bus ride or a 20 minute walk to Helland Road in fact and it's a bit of a novelty to be honest! With the ludicrous 12.15pm kick off, I've done a little home work and unfortunately it looks like all the pubs en route have been told to stay closed before the game, or so they say! But I'll be trying to persuade a couple to let me in as I trundle down there. If all fails there's always the off-licence. If ever we needed the team to gel and play for 90 mins like we know they're capable of then tomorrows the day. Mainly because it'll shut up the binale banter of their cocky fans. AceT[ ]

I think some of the pubs in Churwell are open, as well as Soccer City although I've been told that's going to be rammed. The problem with Elland Road, theres nothing around it

Local match for me as well AceT. Live less than 2 miles from Elland Road. Pre match drinks in my living room. Can't wait.
