You only came to watch the wednesday!!!!! Facts state we had 59% of the possession so who was the footballing side? We can do it both ways but can also bully teams if we want ...... You can't. We're sheffield wednedsday we'll do what we want. Looking forward to taking over your stadium when we'll have more fans than you and you are borderline play offs. fucking moron  I agree mate,and i'm an Owl. To be frank there are many Owls that unfortunately take the time to register on rivals' forums just to wind up others but all they do is give the club a bad name and embarrass themselves but they don't fkin see it. Have to say lads that i was exhausted after yesterdays game,thoroughly exciting stuff. Thought you lot dominated for 20 mins and we just couldn't get hold of the ball. Thankfully we remembered we don't roll over anymore like you made us do last year and we started to roll our sleeves up. Am always impressed with JR but Roberts was impressive too in the first half.Have to say you are the best footballing side we have played against this season and that includes Charlton.They played a lot of long ball stuff at the Valley,pretty poor game that one. Anyways,although i was gutted at the end i thought it was a fair result in the end. Hope we both go up automatically in May,even though i was giving it large in the North Stand near your lot after each goal  Was a cracking atmosphere,like Hillsborough always used to be. Ignore the dimwits that pop up,Wednesdayites in general are a great set of supporters as i'm sure you do realise,some of the morons let us down but every club has 'em. Got threatened at your place a couple of times but i love intense atmospheres. Most of us respect you as a proper football club too with decent fans. 1989, Night game, played really well that season too. Correct,think we lost the first 4 games of the season but then went on a good run. With about 6 games left we were 'safe' but then lost 5 and won one with Luton sending us down. I'm sure that Ian Dowie scored about 3 last minute winners for Luton during that time and their last away game was at Derby where they had to win despite not having won away all season......yeah you guessed it :ranting: |

Problem is we are "massive" in comparison with the likes of you and have played in the big time for a lot of years but what about you ? As for the fans your lot are one of the cockiest we have en-counted, you don't come to Hillsborough act big men then walk away scott free ! To some up you are a little club no fans pretend ground and have won nothing and never will ! Omg an owl clearly wanting to be mr popular on this site dear oh dear. But really we were the better side over the whole game but rhodes was superb a class act. Your full backs were terrible though As bad as Huddersfields full backs were, Gary Roberts was running rings around Tavernier, especially for the first two goals. We really weren't the better side, and some of their play made it evident as to why they wet unbeaten for as long as they did. |

Well, i got to totally agree with pulsaowl on this one!! Ive been a Wednesdayite for 28 years, and im embarrassed by some so called owls on this forum! Its not a point of being a "Mr Popular" Its a point of two good teams going all out against each other! I witnessed loads of different emotions yesterday, after 20 mins, we had nothing and didnt look like we was going to get anything. Jordan ripped us a new bumhole and he's an asset to your club! And a player that id love to see at Hillsborough instead of usual no hoper we tend to sign! As for the game yesterday. You are the best team ive seen at Hillsborough for a good few years, and for us to finish 4-4 in a top of the table clash is awesome. I know a few Town fans, and ive never had a problem at all. But on a more serious note, i hate Charlton and i hope they're bubble pop as soon as! Who knows that if all goes well we could be playing you again in the Championship next year. After the first 20 mins huddersfield were pulled from pillar to post, exactly the same as mk dons, for 20 mins we couldnt get the ball off them either. Thought rhodes and roberts were top championship class , but then again so is madine semedo, o grady marshall and bath etc. Dont pull your own team down just to be popular, im pretty sure we are the best side in this league and at the end of the season all the other sides will agree |

having read a number of posts from sheffield wednesday fans and after what happened after the game insulting and threatning law abiding huddersfield supporters expecially the 70 year old oap i now put you on a same par as l**DS UNITED !!!!to the 2 or 3 sensible ones from sheffield on here this is not aimed at you.....clubs names do get tarnished by in this case and l**ds uniteds its the majority and not the minority,,,,on coming out of the ground middle aged men [not hooligans]were shouting abuse to the huddersfield supporters,,,,,also you lot think you hve the divine right to win every game because you obviously think you are a massive club,,,,i,m sorry folks thats the way i see it,,,,L88ds united is a prime example i hate this football club for various reasons,,,even thier normal so called supporters can not see as far as there nos,es......i hope them b@@stards who picked on the 70 year old fella gets a good kicking before the season ends!!!!!!!rant over!!!!!TTID,,,,,,

Rob Jones: Not a Championship player, he'd get run ragged at any level higher than this, he has no pace, and this was evident when Rhodes walked past him time and time again. Chris O'Grady: Not a Championship player, if he had been a good enough striker at any point in his career, a champ/prem team would have taken a punt on him. There is not a chance we will be top of the pile come May, whilst we may be unbeaten vs the top 6, we have only beaten one of them... other teams are picking up 3 points from each other, and this will become obvious in the run-in. It's nothing to do with being popular, its about being realistic. You quite obviously are part of the reason why other clubs hate us, because some Wednesdayites go on other forums, bigging the club up out of proportion, and set the rest of us up for a massive fall if things don't work out. Grow some balls, and see that we really aren't anything special, there's a reason we're in League One |

So we would have got beat without Rhodes, what's your point we have got him so it's a stupid argument.
You wouldn't have pulled two goals back if we hadn't gifted them to you with some shocking defending. We may have been out of sight if the ref would have given us a pen at 0-2. We would have lost if one of your centre halves would have clattered Rhodes before the forth. All if's, but's and maybe's. In the end it was everything you could want to see in a football match and a fantastic spectacle (despite the awful defending from both sides) let's just accept that and move on.
Sorry some of the Wednesday fans coming on here seem more interested in pointless slanging matches about how tinpot our club is. Nice to see some on here who can engage in some reasonable debate.
