cos of the 84 one day world cups they need to fit in as well.
look at that, tests in 13 and 15 and t'yorkshire don't get any of them

No. Still makes no sense to me. How can multiple world cups result in more Ashes? Does not compute.
Idjits. It'll end up being an annual event and lose any of the specialness it once had.
The lack of cricket on terrestrial TV is woeful and will eventually killeth the game. Mark my words.
The fact a Headindley is no longer a compulsory Ashes venue is proof of how shit the convicts now are.

there's not more ashes, they're just moving them around. or something. i've given up trying to second guess the ICC.
plus you've got the world test championship finals to fit in as well.

They're playing back to back Ashes in 2013 because the WC is being held in Aus in 2015, so they have brought it forward and basically added an extra series in with England being at home again in 2015.
