Chin up Mich, what you need to do is support a team who play in a freezing cold crappy little town perched on top of a hill who have no money to buy undersoil heating and watch piss poor football played by piss poor footballers.
If so, you'd be as happy as me right now.
Did our win yesterday not impress you? Champions, I'm telling thee.

Neither. We're just good at scoring goals and keeping clean sheets when it matters and you're not so good. Before the start of the season I thought our two clubs would be the other way around with you challenging and us just above the drop zone simply because your attack was so good. However it seems I reckoned without the brilliance of Gary Johnson and the team spirit he's created. We're not brilliant and we don't score many, but we're damned effective and play better football than most of the dross in this division (only West Brom and Ipswich have outclassed us). We can keep clean sheets thank you. Our back 5, whichever 2 central defenders play, is up there with the best in the league. And we have a fantastic team spirit. Our attack has suffered a little this term though, probably through the lack of form of KP. But remember, our forward play last year was built on the same solid defence we have this year. We've had some really bad luck this term, and bad referreeing decisions have cost us points (Southampton and Barnsley away spring to mind). If it weren't for a late late goalkeeping error from a James Beattie 40 yard daisy cutter and a late late Colchester free kick that should never have gone in, we'd be 4 points better off. We haven't scored many until recently, but we're damned effective too. And we play better football than most of the dross in the division. We've only been outclassed by Stoke, who still only won 3-2 and Coventry for 45 minutes at the Ricoh. The best side I've seen this season were Burnley at Turf Moor, and they were absolute dross yesterday.

Inconsistency seems to be the key in the Championship West Brom are by far the best footballing team, but lose stupid games.
The fact that we are still seventh after gaining four points from four games over Christmas/New Year says a lot about the league

Oh no, football is shyt again. I need to become a Derby fan for some consistency. I was listening to the reports from the Derby game on 5live. Derby fans were leaving after 20 odd minutes because they were so bad.
