We simply have to win at Wolves. Yeah they'll be people saying "well nothing will be decided blah blah", but we have to get some momentum going and put pressure on the others, especially Blackburn and Millwall.
Make no mistake now Millwall are dragged into this, yes they have games in hand but what a comedown after Wembley day out..a hungry Watford at home and desperate Huddersfield away.

The number of permutations that involve us staying up is getting lower. But we're still not really any worse off than we were before kickoff tonight. Nobody thinks we can afford to go into Barnsley needing to win. At least nobody who's been a Town fan for more than 5 minutes. I think now we have to finish above two from Blackburn, Wolves, Peterborough, and Barnsley. Since three of our five games are against teams in that list, it's still firmly in our hands. Which probably means we're going down

Bollocks! Don't worry though Robins will play 4-5-1 on Saturday leaving Vaughan isolated and trying to not lose the game! Arfield will start and try his best to follow shadows whilst Peter Clarke lumps it in to row Z! Go 4-4-2 Robbins and lets get at bloody wolves and fight like the rest of the teams around us!!!! UTT agree with most of this but we need to dominate midfield so its shit or bust 3-5-2 all the way

Barnsley, Posh and Wednesday appear to have squads who will fight to the last and will probably save at least two of them - Wolves have a shed load of injuries and Blackburn may not have the fight in them - Town have a weak squad, a hard run in, a pitch which doesn't help and a lousy goal difference.
Down Bristol City, Town and Wolves.

Barnsley are not safe they have forest and hull yet to play This season Posh, Pigs and Blackburn have all done the double on us. You, Wolves and Bristol have all beaten us once. We've won our last three home games to promotion chasing Brighton, Watford and Leicester. Last weekend we got a point and clean sheet at promotion chasing Palace. Tonight a point at away at the team that's going to win the league. It's not Scabs and Dull i'm worried about, it's playing you guys

There you go, I said it.

If there's one thing we know about the Championship this season is the unpredictability. It's certainly not time to throw the towel in like some seem to have.
Wolves are suffering with injuries and Blackburn are in a mess. It's also possible our last two games could be against sides with nothing to play for. Barnsley especially could be on the beach by the time of the last game. Given their recent run it'd be no surprise if they took their foot off the gas once they were safe and returned to the form of the first half of the season.

this will go down to the last game, and dont rule leeds out of this yet either. if they lose saturday and ourselves or wolves win then they are theoretically only one point above the dropzone.
Hope we dont have to beat barnsley at home. If it comes to that I think we're down.

Barnsley especially could be on the beach by the time of the last game. I'm hoping that for our two home games coming up with neither Charlton or Derby going up or down. If we are safe for last match I can see Flicker giving our developmental kids debuts the likes of Steade, Patterson (was on bench last night) and Rhys Oates. Then you will win and whoever goes down at your expense will whinge about us playing a weakened team.

I think that we will have to beat you on the last day to guarantee safety and I think we will only do it if you are already safe.
