Been hearing there could be quite a few of their fans in the home sections, taking advantage of the £10 offer! Oh the price of sitting quietly while your team gets hammered.

Have they spent £20 in the club shop or asked Town fans to buy them tickets? I thought that was the only way to get the £10 tickets.

They seem to have 'acquired' some vouchers or other. Anyway, it's probably all bollocks I was told about it by two pissed up Boro fans on Thursday night in Leeds

It wouldn't be overly hard to get the vouchers, even up there, you could phone the Examiner and they'd gladly sell you the back issues and post them out to you.

Good opposition, full away end, new manager, first home game for 3 weeks, £10 offer through Season Ticket Hoders & Examiner, free tickets to school kids, other than let everyone in for free not sure what else the club could have done to attract people down today. I am going for 18,001.

Hey up couldn't make it - what was crowd in the end?
Anyone else like me who used to love digesting gates for ALL games not just ours ? Don't seem to see them listed much these days

Somewhere around 17,900 - a great crowd and a typical performance and result when we do attract big numbers.

Our core is bout 10 k. Plus 3 k away. Plus extra 2 k max, 15349 I'd say our core is nearer 12k? Like I put earlier take away the big away attendances and offers and our core support is around 10k this season, this season the avarage attendance will be the lowest for a good few yrs.

I am going for 18,001. Out by a mere 8 fans. Most accurate gate prediction I've ever come across. Will ask you for the lottery numbers next week

I work it out by us not selling as many sc this season. Come back with the avarage after say ten games. Take the school promo of this weekends attendance and we wont have13k...this really is the last I will post on the matter. How about i come back at the end of the season when our average is 11500 according to your waffle.. Now this is really the last i will post on the matter.. now do you believe me regarding our crowds? now hoyle states they are 1000 fans per game down,i told you our crowds would be a lot lower this season, take away the offers and we are way down on last yrs average.

But ... As Dean has said, the first ten games of this season bear little relation to the first ten of last season. Bournemouth, Millwall, Charlton, Brentford for starters - four southern teams there who brought bugger-all support.
It will even out by the end of the season.

Exactly, the away support at our place has been atrocious this season!

Derby, Leeds, Bolton, blackburn, wolves and Norwich will all bring decent support!
