Lunch time kick off v Leeds means ive got to make alternative plans as my 06 34 train from Devon doesnt get into Hudds till 12 38 . Anybody know the price of a cheap and cheerfull b/b in Mirfield as will travel up friday. Next best overnight train. Try Premier Inn at Aspley Marina. It seems reasonable, I was booked in there for the Friday night match that never was, thanks to the muppet from bellend road who thought it'd be a good idea to give, Kirkland a slap when they played at Hillsborough a couple of weeks previous.

Good shout from Cov is this, Sugy - anything to keep you away from Mirfield! Anyway, I don't think there are any (quality) B&B' s in Mirf.

Just to say as one of the longest posters on this board the 'ban' I received for the above comments re a 'closet Leeds fan' is nigh on ridiculous.
This board has been useful in the past for news on transfers (mainly guff but rumours nonetheless) but nowadays it's descended into a dictatorship of power mad admins banning folk for feck all.
Sort your acts out please

Means more to them now, we can't seem to raise our game against em! Very rare they win at our place. Yep. We seem to perform better in the home fixture against them - only the 2-4 loss when Clayton celebrated infront of Warnock since the 60s according to this site: Town vs Leeds

Pay back time.

Isn't there a Travelodge by the Yorkshire Rose on Leeds Road ? They often do deals on rooms

I think the Leeds match is going to define the rest of the season. A win and we will establish a comfortable gap to the drop zone. This in itself will allow the players to play with more freedom and push for more wins in the remaining matches. Lose and we are sucked back in to the fight. Statistically Blackpool wont even reach 34 points based on current performance, Wigan are only heading for 36 (mathematically) although I expect their performance to improve in the next few months. My prediction for the drop - Millwall and Rotherham to join the Tangerines.

Saturday was perfect preparation for stuffing the white shite. How CP gets at then from minute one, none of this cagey bollocks, if Town play as they can, they can hammer this Beeston side. Also, every fan should bring with them a brown envelope to at the bunging swine.

On the next 4 games thread I predicted a draw for this match, form - our good, their bad goes out of the window in a derby game. I would like to think with Vaughan added to the team we can put up a better show than we did at theirs earlier in the season. I expect a much better showing from Lynch too.
Vaughan scored and we won in his only previous start for us against L666s.
I would play 4-4-2 at home with Bunn coming in for Edgar, he led their full back a merry dance and got him sent off last time.
