Just seem Swollentoes post saying that as a B & W Member he can get his 13 year old son a ticket under the scheme but as a Patron if my teenage grandaughter wants a ticket she has to pay the fee - she is a Season Ticket Holder so am struggling to understand why a B & W can get a ticket and a Patron cannot.

I think its because as a b/w member his son will automatically be a b/w member.

oh right - don't remember reading that - so if I was 60 and a member of b and w and had 6 kids they would all be eligible for inclusion in the scheme

No tickets on sale yet, I guess we're not getting many as no time for the various tiers of preference to be given a few days to claim their ticket/s ?

Take binoculars if you want to see anything other than what appear to be ants running round.

All info for Newcastle and Villa on main site now. 3200 allocation £27 adults not too bad , 1500 for Villa at £25, could have been worse

Do we think the Newcastle tickets will sell out through the priority schemes before getting to regular season ticket holders?

Take binoculars if you want to see anything other than what appear to be ants running round. This is the reason I'm going to Villa, I get out of breath walking up to my seat in the Fantastic Media Upper, I'd need oxygen and the St Johns ambulance brigade if I go to Newcastle.

Ok tired old day at work, but explain please Carl! I bought one, how's that then? Can't see them on the site as for sale and I'm sure it says Thursday.

just out of interest the ticket office did say that under TOT the carer of an ambulant disabled had to be a season ticket holder - does not effect our group but might effect others

Anyone consider the possibility of us being able to give clubs like Newcastle (or any other club) half the usual allocation? If we're getting a packed house anyway, we could afford to give them only 2,000 and then have the rest of the South Stand for the NSL to outsing them?
Consider they're only giving us 3,000 odd from a 52,000 seater stadium!

Good idea, unfortunately the powers that be will only think about selling out the SS and the extra revenue that it will bring in. Money or atmosphere?

All these players need paying for you know A long time ago! I'm sure it would undoubtedly be financially more beneficial to have a SS full of away fans, but if the gain turns out to be more marginal than previous years, then there is a lot to be gained atmosphere wise against these "big" teams. We've all seen how much of a difference a packed away end seems to make at our stadium; neutralising this would surely bring on pitch improvement? Potentially not all would be lost if we cut their allocation either, clubs like Newcastle and Beeston would definitely have fans paying into the home end if they only had a smaller allocation, although this is an irresponsible assumption to take action on. Just some blue sky thinking, exciting times means new possibilities.
