Right lads, lasses, who do we want to see coming in to bolster our promotion push?

Webber stated on the radio the other day that we are already planning for the January transfer window and next summer window, Wagner knows exactly which players he would like and their current contract situations. Great we now have a proper plan going forwards.

In hindsight we should never have sold Wells at the eleventh hour. Then again who would have expected Kachunga, VLP and Bunn all get season-long injuries the day after in training?
Hefele's 20 goals have fortunately kept us unbeaten and 15 points clear at the top but I can't help think another striker would've settled the nerves in certain games such as when we were 6-0 up at half time vs Leeds

Josh Morris - don't know anything about him other than he seems to be banging them in for Scunthorpe. Is he a big rampaging centre forward or a flighty type like Nahki?
Could he be our 3rd striker or is he already out of our price range?

Neither he's more of an attacking mid I think came through at Blackburn but never made it, had a good spell on loan at fleetwood and was at Bradford last season but seems like something has clicked for him at scunny!.

Going to be very interesting moving forward. Think Wagner has an eye on a few for the next couple of Windows. More to come from Germany or Europe.

I was think exactly this this morningĀ Not as outrageous as it once may have seemed! Time will tell.. Probably not as far fetched as in the summer, if we're still up there. Still unlikely, but he'd be a fantastic signing, as he'd hit the ground running with playing the same style and being Championship hardened already. Maybe that's what we'll look for in January, rather than someone more long-term. Jonathan Walters would offer something different (but not too different he'd cock-up the system), but suppose it depends where he is in the pecking order at Stoke.

Danny Ings loan til end of season, Klopp doing his pal another favour! That would do nicely. Or anyone left at Chelsea.

At the Q&A before the Rotherham game Webber confirmed Town were very, very close to getting Terodde in the summer but his hot streak did for us. He also said he wanted to "put to bed" the rumours about Uth; he's on 30k a week apparently (euros?) and was never a realistic option for Town. Maybe not verbatim what he said but close enough.

Walters seems to be declining rapidly. I think he'd be even less effective in the Championship as defenders at this level are more used to that style of centre forward

I suggested Danny Ings on here a few months ago and got laughed at by a few muppets. He is way down the pecking order for Liverpool and would jump at the chance to play in this team. Suits style of play and if fit runs just as much as Kaching. Not a big mobile CF fans want, but hey if it isn't Lukaku, they're hard to come by. Would enquire about Benik or Grabban if they're not first team at Ballmouth ha! Now that is wishful thinking a bit.

I reckon David Wagner will surprise us all if we do sign anyone ala Kachunga Someone we've never heard of, this manager's got cards up his sleeve.

Extremely unlikely given Peterborough's negotiation skills, but Marcus Maddison looks a real player. Reminds me a lot of Pilkington - very technical, excellent at set pieces and chips in with plenty of assists and goals. Think he would be the final piece of our attacking jigsaw.

If we are going for promotion we need someone who has done it. Ings is a great shout.
