We make a foul, get booked. Their 15 makes 3 identical challenges in 5 minutes and gets away with it.

Shambolic performance. Against a set piece team you need a strong ref but we got an absolute homer, summed up by the keeper dropping it at Brown's feet and getting a free-kick.

Shocking
Shoulder to shoulder is not a foul
If a player dives in the area & no penalty is given, then surely this is a booking
Constant trine wasting, but all Mr Robinson did was talk to the player
If you tackle the opposition player or a 50 / 50 challenge occurs this does not constitutes a free kick to the home side.
Clear blocking of Lowe right in front of the ref, why did it take the lineman to give this decision
So inconsistent, in my view Tommy Smith & Aaron M. We're bookings, but at least a further 3 Barnsley should of got booked
He was on a par with the Ref at Reading away
Absolutely destroyed the game

The ref wasn't the reason we failed to win the game, we failed to do so because we just had no luck in front of goal. That shouldn't detract from the ref's downright incompetence and lack of inconsistency. Complete joke from start to finish with seemingly any contact against their man being a foul. Hard to believe that he only gave 19 "fouls" against us but at least half of those were utter bullshit.

Was it Tim Robinson? Worst ref I ever saw in that Charlton match.

He gave them everything and booked Town players for every foul. How that no 15 Didn't get booked when he fouled Lowe 3 times in 60 seconds I'll never know. Another game, another shit ref. Nothing new there.

Was it Tim Robinson? Worst ref I ever saw in that Charlton match. The same one. My favourite one was speaking to a player for over a minute about timewasting without booking him, and thereby timewasting himself. Absolute clown.

town fail to win and suprise suprise its the refs fault again ...its embarrasing now Couple of things, I didn't see anyone prior to your post on this thread state we drew because of poor refereeing. Secondly his refereeing was a fiasco of unfathomable proportions, I spoke to a few Barnsley fans after the game and hey ho they agreed. The flow of play was constantly disrupted due to bizzare ref decisions. I think we drew, in part, because we missed Nahkis clinical finishing, but there is no doubting the pathetic refereeing contributed.Incidentally, were you there?

That guy needs a career change. Seriously poor, not even on top of the basics. It's mind boggling that someone can actually get so much wrong in one game.

Why was Marley Watkins allowed to make 7 fouls and not get booked?
Yet the referee booked 3 of our players for their first foul
He will have been marked very low by his assessor today I'm sure

Destroyed all our momentum in the second half. Constantly giving 50/50 decisions their way.
Whenever we got into their half he contrived to blow for something Even the Barnsley players looked a little bemused.

town fail to win and suprise suprise its the refs fault again ...its embarrasing now The fact is he was bloody useless. He gave them every 50/50, and booked town players for fun into the bargain. That Watkins shouldn't have even been on the pitch, dirty cheat. All we ask for is consistency, don't think anyone is "blaming" the ref cos we didn't win, he was just shite.

This referee probably doesn't like us after we successfully appealed Murray Wallace's red card he dished out against Charlton a couple of years ago.
