Definitely don't condone the breaking in and stealing of the beer, that's poor from those involved. Don't have a problem with chanting in the concourse though, adds a bit of atmosphere if you ask me.

The wife was terrified and left straight after. Says she won't go away again. That's a huge shame. Stewards are employed to keep order. There were plenty of police pitch side. Hopefully they've CCTV. It's so embarrassing to genuine fans. We seem to be picking up along the way young kids who just don't have any respect for anyone or anything with our wins. Depressing. If this is the price of sucess you can shove it for me. Will go back to rainy Yeovil and watch football with football fans. Not idiots that are using football to behave as though we're having a purge.

I am getting really fed up of it .We just do not need this. At this rate we will be playing behind closed doors !!!.It has to STOP. Yes I am an older fan and I have standards sadly some of the fans this year both male!! and female have not. Agree, some absolute brainless morons follow town, out of 4700 today, guess it's about 50 ?

Atmosphere is fine.
Throwing beer about, disrespecting those that dont want to be involved, frightening kids, women etc is not on.... been generally unpleasent citizens.
The same dick heads surge towards the away fans when we are at home. Total bellends.

I am loving my football but not enjoying the behaviour of some male and female supporters that I have encounted this season.

The way I view it, what happened at half time is far from positive. It was a lot of reckless chanting and beer throwing that does not look good for the club.
As for the theft of beer, this also is not good at all. On a side note they sort of brought it on themselves by refusing to serve at half time. That's asking for trouble.
Ultimately, it was a fun day out for most and pre/post match was a throwback to a bygone era. We are trying to bring terrace culture back to football!

It might take one these fuckwits to fall and break their neck before anything is done about this concourse culture That's even more scarier than you think if they fall onto a person or child below them. Something needs to be done

I have fucking had enough of this shit, every week reading about scrotes attaching themselves to the football Club we love and letting 98% of us down.
Women, Kids feeling scared and not wanting to be anywhere near it and subsequently watching their beloved Huddersfield Town play!!??. What the fuck is going on.
How about we start a pact, decent fans start dishing out slaps and other decent fans back them up when required.

So throwing beer round and being lairy constitutes not being a decent fan but giving them a whack is fine. Try it next time mate. Your more than likely to cause a full scale brawl. And no, I wasn't there today.

Possibly the oddest comment I've ever read on DATM. You need to read DATM more Perhaps you could persuade yourself and other fans to behave better. As I read it you seem to find this behavior acceptable ??.

So, throwing bottles at away fans, throwing bottles at Players, breaking in and robbing kiosks, throwing beer over people who actually funnily enough don't find that acceptable, kids and women being scared and not wanting to go again. What do you recommend, counselling?, 'please can you stop you are upsetting that Child', just ignore them and allow our Club to be dragged downwards and good decent People stop going?.

The shop was shut therefore they had to break in and steal. Worrying that that type of attitude is so prevalent these days. As for bringing back a 'terrace culture' I really hope football doesn't regress. We've come a long way to making it a family friendly game. A game we can bring our kids to and enjoy as a family. Wouldn't want to go back to the holligan 80s. Something else about it too is if any of these 'fans' happen to stand in the south stand from time to time or are wearing South Stand merchandise it will all be the 'NSL behave like that' label from some. Time for fans to realise that their behaviour reflects on their peers and the club too. What's wrong with going and enjoying the game?

It's okay Barbie, fans like Terriers321 just see it as a bit of fun, only throwing a bit of beer around. That's why Berty's Wife won't go away again, harmless fun it is.
