You can dress that up however much you want but that was a terrible result given the circumstances. If we go down then this will be the first match people will look at. Embarrassing performance yet again against 10 men. Shush....

Carvahal is quickly becoming my least favourite manager to play against. Really after the play offs?!

Another one here questioning the subs. Taking Pritchard off is absolutely laughable Starting to see where some people are coming from with regards to Mooy slowing us down. Too laboured. I'd honestly bench him for Williams While thinking somewhat the same, perhaps he was feeling the effects of his injury a bit and to protect him it was safer to take him off. So perhaps there was a non-laughable reason behind it.

There have been three occasions of a team having more than 25 shots in a Premier League match but failing to score this season - all of them have been against Swansea City - Southampton: 29, Tottenham: 26 and Huddersfield: 30.
Really don't understand why some think this was a given. Swansea know how to spoil if needed

God there's some precious individuals follow Town, played very well, wasn't our day, get over it ladies. we didnt make it our day.. not sure how you 'play well' against a team that is not playing outside its own box.. can you play 'badly' and would that equate to not scoring or just having 2 decent attempts on target?? after 11 minutes today me and you could have played centre half for town.. town played too slowly and not direct enough.. swansea dictated the game without ever putting more than a couple of passes together.. we went along with their tactical plan, thats all..

DW tonight, "anyone who moaned about the negatives is on the wrong page". Anyone on this forum like to disagree? I could think of a couple who would be more than happy to rise to the challenge, Kenneth...

We struggled today, but breaking down ten men is never easy. We were too slow in thought and deed today. Passing the ball and moving them about was the right way to go, but it needed to be done quicker and with more intent. Too often we took the easy option and our off the ball movement wasn't always good. Too many players passing but not moving for a return.
The fact most of our creative players had off days didn't help. Our crossing was inconsistent, we refused opportunities to shoot, and generally lacked that bit of quality where it mattered. That said, we hit the post and bar and had a few near misses. We could have nicked a goal despite the generally frustrating display. I would have liked to see a bit more variation in our passing - not the out and out long ball tactics advocated by galph - but a few longer passes in behind the fullbacks and a few more balls that cut players out. Its mot easy though against a team intent on nothing but defense.
Swansea deserve credit for a very good defensive performance. They were very solid. We never really gave them a sniff despite a couple of free kicks given away. When was the last time a team had no shots of any description against us?
And all the other results have gone for us. So, it another point on the board and we've not lost any ground. A frustrating day, but not a disastrous one. We move on.

Not sure why Glennon was bigging up Inces performance on the radio. He was as bad as VLP in continually picking the wrong options. And whats with all these soft floaty balls into a packed swans pen area? Get it in with some pace and with so many defenders in there you will prob get a corner or even an OG. Mounie isnt that great at winning headers from a standing start needded pacier crosses for him to run on to. Its a point but with others losing it would have looked so much better to have got all 3 to go clear above Swansea.

Hopefully that isn't a game that fans still talk about in 20 years time of where would be now if we had won that game Massive opportunity missed to get ourselves on to the brink of safety. Puts way more pressure on to next week's game now If they do, that says more about them than Town.

Not once did Mounie get a ball to feet centrally...always out wide for a cross. A great performance spoiled by a poor result. I cant think of a more comprehensive display without winning. If it was a boxing match it would have been stopped in the 6th round. 81% possession....20 plus shots and 12 corners. Maddening.

We didn't test the keeper anywhere near enough . Don't be fooled by stats Swansea deserved the point imo

Bad day at the office today. Very frustrating but hopefully it will drive the players to a better performance against Palace. Now this is a must win. Can’t wait...

It was a surprising substitution, but difficult to slag off if you don't know the reason? I'm amazed anyone would insinuate Wagner is a moron. Totally uncalled for. Quaner did well, and offered more physical presence against a packed defence. Swansea defended well, and got very lucky on the day. That's the way it goes. No complaints from me, other than feeling let down by lady luck. She obviously decided to spend the day elsewhere. I think we should think ourselves lucky that Swansea didn't sneak a fluke goal, given how things went for them. Absolutely, I was thinking of burton at home last season towards the end. We didn’t do a lot wrong today. Win next week and it will look pretty healthy indeed.

Ok, we didn't score, but it was really quite an exciting game nonetheless. Really hope the dropped points here don't come back to haunt us.
I did find the tactics odd. They had three strapping centre halves and we spent much of the afternoon trying to land the ball on their heads! Get behind them and cut it back in the area. We certainly did play too much sideways pass the parcel early in the game.
In the winnable games, we should go two up top every time. SM and LDP are two quality strikers.

Just never seems to have much impact on a game

Moronic substitution taking off Pritchard for Forest Gump. What the hell goes through Wagner’s head?! It was a surprising substitution, but difficult to slag off if you don't know the reason? Pritchard shaking his head in disbelief tells you he wasn’t injured or that he wanted to come off, shocking decision.

If we go down we will come straight back up imo if we keep hold of Ince etc. If we stay up I think he will become a "squad player"

He did pretty central just bout 18 yard should of shot but passed backwards. A lot of bad decisions in and around the final third/18 yard box cost us. Swansea were pretty comfortable defending the high crosses

Do we have a winner in " must win bingo " ? . Cuddly toy and a fondue set to that man As in we have to win this game. It’s a must win six pointer. A bit of a double cliche but in this case probably statistically accurate looking at the teams around us.

Scapegoat Malone provided one moment of class with a superb cross across the box that just needed tapping in, an absolute gift for a centre forward.
