For all the Mounie haters, LDP has missed two absolute sitters today! As I said earlier, Mounie has received criticism for his general level of performance, not just his misses. Had he put in a good all round performance against Palace then the criticism for his miss would not have been as vociferous. His control and passing was poor as well as his finishing. Depoitre deserved his chance. Its a shame he hasn't taken it. our problem now is that with both strikers firing blanks who is going to score goals?

Certainly have to question the attacking recruitment. 3 wingers brought in & none of them start. Simply cannot afford the creativity we require. Better hope sobhi is shit hot.

Why? Pritchard was poor in the games hes played and he can't play that role. He Doesn't have the pace to be effective there for us either. Got to be diakhaby or mbenza Canβt play that role? Seems clear to me that Kachunga is dropping into the number 10 whenever he can, same as last week. Pritchard has only played against Chelsea and City? Did you expect 5 goals?! No but you and other seem to see him as our saviour. Wagner obviously sees it the same way thay pritch can't fit in this formation. Kachunga definitely not playing as a 10, spent 90% out wide and the majority of that time defending as we set up to be solid defensively. Fair enough play him if it's as a forward role but it's not with how Wagner sets up until we get to 70mins and then all of a sudden he wants us to try and win the game.

we are pretty dull even today and we scored and should have had at least another one...we defend like a disorganised boys team..

Nice bit of positivity. We and Cardiff are on 2 points, both 3f 14a. One more City goal and we're off the bottom in our own right!

It doesn't matter plays up front or anywhere else on the field. We lack pace, vision and ideas especially when going behind. We don't have the bit of quality needed to stay in this league end of.Its nothing new is it we all know what the limitations are I'm watching this game live over in Spain and it's the little things that Leicester do that make the difference plus helped by a couple of fuck ups by us along the way.The premier league very cutting and unforgiving.

You know what, looking at Leicester's set up today, a 4-4-2 might have been the best option against them.
LDP and Diakhaby/Kachunga/Mbenza up top, VLP & Diakhaby/Kachunga/Mbenza wide. Stops their press, gives us an extra outball and pace up top.
Mike Bassett stand up.
Game over, very frustrating day but the indications of what to do to put things right are their. 4-5-1 vs Spurs, a bit of luck and sneak a 1-0 win and we're on our way!

to AndCWright - EVEN YOU CANNOT SEE POSITIVES IN THIS SHITE ! My name is Andy. And you don't need to shout. I am as disappointed as anyone in our performances this season. I also think Wagner needs to reassess his cautious approach as it is patently not working. I agree that Town are performing poorly, but I stand by my criticism of those who just shout obscenities. Criticise by all means, but at least try to be constructive, or offer a reasoned argument. What does shouting, "WANK, WANK, WANK, WANK!" or "FUCK OFF TOWN!" contribute/achieve? Fuck all, that's what.

I'll be amazed if we get higher than 19th at any point this season
No goals in open play so far. 2 throw ins and a corner
That is horrific

I am thinking now that DW will say that he was pleased with the effort that the players showed, we know where we went wrong and we know what to do to put it right. Unfortunately we never do seem to put it right.

Have to question the recruitment. Only Durm starting today from summer signings (minus Kongolo).
Individual errors cost us that. We also look totally clueless when countering, must have had a least 5 3v3s and not a single shot amounted from any of them. Lack ideas, creativity and confidence.
Not looking good.

Wagner is on autopilot. Will no doubt say that if Depoitre had put away the one chance we created from open play etc etc.

What worries me most is why we have no plans other than to try and nick a game 1-0 playing the most negative garbage we have played in a long time. How can anyone in the team or coaching staff watch the game back and think "that was good" or "that was entertaining, I would pay to watch that". Its time to stop with this negative passing and playing everything back. Teams in the premiership lap it up because they have nothing to think about. Our build up is so slow, even league 2 teams could work it out. The only way you are going to worry teams at this level is open them up and put pressure on them. Mooy and Billing, and Hogg when he plays, just play too deep, which is why we barely pick up a loose ball in midfield and never have any support in attack. We then put too much pressure on our strikers, we give them 1 or 2 chances a game, which they know they have to score because they probably wont get another. It has to change quickly in the premier league because there are fewer games, otherwise we will be planning for the championship by christmas.

Another week passes where I question what we have actually done in training this week. We could play all night and wouldn't look like threatening Leicester's goal.
Something needs to change.
