I hate to say this, but a change is required now. Too much about systems, overthinking and over managing. Players need coaching. I could coach them to amble about for 90 minutes. I think they are massively over-coached Stanton - they slavishly follow the system/tactics that I suspect are drummed into them week after week. It's sterile, timorous, risk averse and hasn't changed since that Spurs match we all know about. We are totally getting what we deserve every week.

That’s my dry January out the window I’m getting steaming tonight.
Cheers David Wagner

Made my daughter turn off Blaze & the Monster Machines for that. We’re both distraught My 2 year old daughter had baby shark on repeat before I put football on, sad to say the baby shark was more entertaining.

The system is all about not taking risks and defending from the front. The players are completely hamstrung by it. I’ve no doubt Mbenza and Diakhaby have not played as they are too attacking, they will slowly be being trained with a wingback mentality. Wagner needs to loosen the shackles or we are doomed and he will lose the fans completely. Wagner loosen the shackles? He has had ample games prior to this, against a load of rivals and teams in the bottom half. I'm afraid to say it, but I think he's peaked. It's time for a change, because if this shower is on show, who you thinks buying a season ticket to watch that next season? I'd give it Hudson personally

What a fucking shambles of a team of no hopers and yet another embarrassment especially from Mounie and depoitre
Where the fuck are the STRIKER/S that both Hoyle and Wagner new were so vital ,and sadly now 5 days into the window
You know your fucked when you replace one shit failed striker for another ,and seems now that we have reached the point of no return
No confidence at all in Wagner as now just a case of seeing it through to the end of the season ,then away he goes with his millions
Bristol fans sang " PREMIER LEAGUE YOU HAVING A LAUGH "' and how right they were.

The total negativity from the players has to come from the top.Sideways backwards, sideways, turn backwards, just fuck off Diakhaby was trying things (like a winger should) but spent the match getting shouted at and then dragged off. Kachunga was safe as ever, not beating his man or creating anything and played 90 minutes. Mounié and Depoitre run themselves ragged closing down 2 centre backs and the keeper for 90 minutes and have no zip in their legs to get across their defender on crosses.

Shocking, absolutely shocking! Zero positives to take from that performance. Hamer completely at fault for the goal, should never be beaten on his near post. Never thought we would win today, had 1-0 written all over it from 30 mins in and it was NEVER going to be us that scored. Cannot see where our next goal, point or win is coming from and no idea where we go from here.

All players get it and need it - it's how they develop. They can be taught to do things on and with the ball. It's the rigidity of the system that's wrong. They are not free to express themselves - they are concentrating on being in certain places in certain phases of the game blah blah blah. You have to have a plan, but all this is just way too prescriptive for players to make it work. Whatever it is.....it just looks a mess at the moment.

Every kick off. Ball back. Player stops it. Next player hoofs it up and we lose possession. Whatever happened to the passing game we were so brilliant at?

David Wagner Has done everything for Huddersfield town, he will go down in history as one of our greatest managers, but time is up for him to resign with his head held high. Let’s get Slavisa Jokanovic in for the rest of the season, let build for the championship,

Can't see Wagner and his coaching staff being in great demand by any other club. We might be stuck with him for another season.

If wagner put out a weaker team and tried to concentrate on pulling off a miracle then fair enough... But our players have been playing game after game recently so I can only assume he wanted them to have a confidence boosting win. Alternatively they could have had a rest but instead they will be more tired and even more confidence knocked.

Hogg still passing sideways and watching with 2 mins to go. Epitomises everthing that is wrong with the club. For God's sake Hoyle, get rid. Hogg would be way way down a list of players I'd want to release. If (& despite the mood on this board it IS an if) we go down, he would be (again) an imense player in the championship. I wasn't suggesting Hogg should go. The problem is Wagner. His obsession with ball retention and avoiding risk has made us unwatchable. Today made it abundantly clear. No excuses about the quality of the opposition for once. And again we watched the same laboured build up, the same pointless passing, the same mistakes. And a team that is finished when the opposition take the lead,. Thanks for the memories David but we need to part as friends.

Bristol won at a canter really. Never really had to break sweat. They also threw in a bit of showboating. We should be ashamed tbh but it isn't the end of the line. Maybe this is rock bottom and the only way is up, starting at Cardiff next week. It feels like rock bottom but if it isn't rock bottom....

I'm afraid I don't think he knows how anymore, he appears to have succumbed to the same disorder as Lee Clark did.
