I know we’re playing Man Utd but the players aren’t putting in a shift for Dean’s send off which is shocking. Hopefully, for a number of the players it will also be their last home game for us. We need a full reset for 19/20.

Hard to legislate for a goalkeeper who obviously doesn’t give a damn. Did I mention the goal? In general. You’ve a neutral saying we look like an under 9s team at the back. That’s all you need to know The quasi neutral ex-Man Utd defender? But he isn’t wrong.

Jones has to be the worst defender in the Premiership but looks great playing against us. Puts our defence in perspective.

Neutral against or for town really. I knew someone would pull it up, he’s bang on point. Tbh so are most of the people commenting online about our defence. The keeping error was just that, awful error but take away the goal, this lot have no clue where to set up, who they’re marking or fuck all. It’s shite all round

Fuck me rigid this is comical. After hitting the bar, it’s like nobody wants to touch the ball

We're awful but should be going in 1-1. Says a lot for Man Utd at the moment really.

Bacuna will be quality for us next year if we keep him. Which sounds unlikely from what hoyle said today.

Bacuna will be quality for us next year if we keep him. Which sounds unlikely from what hoyle said today. What he say pal? Just when he mentioned about us having to get players out to get players in and not having much money to spend. So basically our best players will be the most likely to go as we cant afford to keep them. Bacuna has been our best player for weeks. If hoyle is saying we are going to struggle to keep grant then bacuna is likely to be another one we struggle to hold on to.

Haha, 1-1 Mbenza!! Assist by Lössl, a bit similar to the goal we conceded v Man City first day ot season by Aguero.

Route one, goal. To hell with all the tip tapping backward passing football. A lesson learned there.

I’m buzzing, next season Mbenza will be very important for us I think so, too. I don't get those who slate him. He will be far too good for the defences he will be up against.

One thing I would like to say as the final whistle has gone is: Thank you Dean. It's been a ride of a lifetime, in all my years of supporting Town I never envisaged us featuring in the top division of World football. Thanks.

As poor as we were for the first half an hour, I think we deserved that.

1-1 it is, then. Encouraging signs for next season. We play some decent stuff at times. Just got to intensify it a little over longer periods of time :-)
