A number of players have wanted to leave and have been ostracized by the club because of their relationship with or comments about Jan. The result, devalued players and players not prepared to stick around and help us get back. Why? to back a manager that it looks now like we are about to sack.
Some fans have been against his lack of impact on system of play from early on in his appointment, over the last 6 months that groups has grown as has the division between fans.
PH & DH are now being scrutinised by fans due to lack of investment. The unity that helped this club succeed has pretty much gone. The club had 6 months to get ready for this season and bring the feel good back and establish itself as a top end championship team. They have, as they have always done throughout history failed to invest and blown it.

`Lack of investment`.....On the other hand some say we have a strong squad and should do well in this league, with expectations from many of a top half finish.

It isn't a "lack of investment" more, poorly thought through strategy, resulting in poor recruitment. This equals not the best use of investment, leading to less cash being available.
Overall a series of poor decisions over a period of time has led us here.
