Tonight's performance and Lewis O'Brien at left back is the final straw for me.
Gross misconduct in office stuff this.
He isn't learning at all. Phil may as well make himself manager for all I care. He has the tracksuit so that's some money saved.

Changing the manager won’t make a jot of difference with the same people making the big decisions.

Should have gone after Wycombe at home in February but stuck with him now
2 wins in 18
1 win away since October

He's culpable for tonight but I'm not sure you can blame him overall.
Poor decisions from the top over 4 years is the real problem.

Manager has to take responsibility for team selection. But can’t be blamed for the piss poor squad we have, cheap buys or ‘potential’ for 2/3 season time

Who would want this job? Who with any ambition would see us as a good opportunity?
What a mess we have created, much could have been avoided.

Norwich have a premier league team.
We had about 3 players who are good enough on the pitch tonight.
The issue is with the squad depth, not the manager IMO.

It's the Huddersfield way. Time and time again we try do things on the cheap and time and time again it fails. We never learn.

Is this another 'pissed off' of Paddock type threads?
Emotions running high after tonight.
Always best to remember that Town don't pay your mortgage, or bring your kids up.
We lost a game of football, badly.

How anyone can say no after that is beyond belief.
Not solely to blame but a big part of it. Most could see this coming with that lineup so why couldn't he.

I’m not voting purely because under the leadership of our senior management I don’t think changing the manager / coach will make one iota of difference.
Carlos got his game plan wrong for this game however, which at best was naive.

No
He’s not been supported by the board - nor would the next guy
He might yet think of walking though in the summer and I couldn’t really blame him if he did. Despite tonight he’s shown enough this season to suggest he’ll have a good future as a manager

He picked a team tonight, rightly or wrongly with Rotherham and Bournmouth coming up. The result was embarrassing but lets see how this pans out over the next week or so.

Poor tactics bizarre substitutions and shit line ups. 2 wins 18 games I can’t quite comprehend 2 wins in 18 games. How we aren’t lower in the league is bizarre. He has to go.

Pointless doing it now, but after seeing him adapt in the last few games tonight was really disappointing to see that he's still making the same mistakes he was a couple of months back.
He has 7 games to show that he is actually learning.

I wasn’t a fan of getting rid of the Cowleys but neither they nor anyone else could have done much more with the very weak squad we have. Replacing CC isn’t the answer. We need some serious investment in the squad or, even if we survive this season, we’ll face desperate relegation scraps season after season until we do go down.

They can all go for me.
PH Bromby Carlos The vast majority of the disgraced that pull on the shirt.
However I do agree that nothing will get better for CC or the next mug in charge until there are fundamental changes in personnel and (more importantly), mindset off the pitch.

The director of football should go.... look at what a good one gets you and then look what an apprentice gets you.
Seriously to go in to a game with pereira, keough, steadman, sarr, mbenza and duhany as a back 5..... its gross misconduct and his position is now untenable.
Danny ward as a striker.... please tell me he's only on a year's contract or that Rotherham want him..... Duane Holmes, he makes Pritchard look like Anthony Joshua.
Bench is pathetic, brown.... wow he's the worst player I've ever witnessed in a town shirt.
No heart, no passion is bad enough. But the lack of any quality is down to recruitment.
Phil must have woken up today and seen this can't be done on his budget with these players.... and the kids aren't going to be good enough in great enough quantities any time soon.
Worrying times.

There are some very generous fans on here, 2 wins in the last 18 is close to Siewarts record. One of the heaviest defeats in recent memory. A truly disgusting performance. I completely agree that managers should be given time, but its getting harder and harder to defend CC and argue for him to remain. I dont blame him for the overall situation, he has been thrown under the bus by the 2 so called fans who are in charge, but he 100% has to stand up and take responsibility after getting caned 7-0. 7 fucking 0. In many other professions, that alone would see you leaving the company.
