Would be sorry to see him leave, but if he does, go smash it Narcis! Been very loyal and worked his socks off for Town.

Can't blame him if he takes it if he's offered the job. Would be sad to lose him, but I think new manager will want all his own staff

As long as Clem stays then good luck to Narcis elsewhere.

If narcis was to leave, it would be a shame as he a very good coach. He has proven that and is still young and learning all the time.
But he maywell have already been told who is comming in and , that he doesn't fit in their plans maybe?

Good luck to him. Was loyal to the Club when we were in turmoil and he didn't need to be

Yes good luck to him...the new manager won't want ghosts of previous managers hanging around anyway so he's probably walked before he was pushed

Best of luck to him, hope he's successful in the future, potentially could be a head coach himself one day

Now i’m not saying he’s not, but i have no idea if he’s any good. I know he was here when it was good and i know he was here when it was shit. The 2 games he was in charge of were horrendously bad.

Good luck to him and a nod to Clemmy who’s staying out - fantastic coach and a loyal man.

In charge of all of our set pieces last season when every time we had a free kick we looked like scoring. People dwell on his 2 games in charge - 2 games seems a tad unfair to judge someone on to me.
Always enthusiastic on the touchline and I hope he does well.

Not knocking Narcis but that was one the major factors.

He was a big part of our success last season - with Sorba also playing a major part.

Good luck Narcis.
I'm sure the new head coach (whoever that may be) will be looking to bring his own backroom staff in.

Yet he never wanted the job here...
Did he not want to work for Hoyle maybe?
Did he know about issues at the top?
Good luck to him, league 1 will be his level.

Fair comment re play off season / start to this It was our only attacking real threat start this season tbh - when he was out of team we struggled at first But we improved & once again became a key part of our weapon staying up - Sobra wasn’t here for that or any of Pearson’s on return from injury? Good luck to him - stuck around when the Carlos screwed us over departing to his Greek villa. Looked as pleased as anyone to see us survive & rightly so .

Good move for him, that. Real Huddersfield Town feel about Norwich, now - what with Wagner, Bühler and now Pelach! Can't see anywhere what sort of deal he signed, think Wagner and Bühler are on 1-year contracts, so they'll need a decent start.

Not sure the win against Cardiff, when we really needed it was that bad.

Wonder if it means we have a head coach already (not announced) who wants to bring his own coaches in.

Who knows, I know before they wanted Narcis regardless of who was manager he had to be kept but now its a new era and new owners, regarding the new manager i think it should be a whole new backroom team only person i would keep is goalkeeping coach Paul Clements think we need to have a bigger coaching team with maybe a attacking, defensive coaches with the manager, assistant and a first team coach, a new fitness coach or two maybe even a mental / psychology coach most teams have all these people in there backroom teams now of days i think we need to be innovative and look forward not backwards this is the time when change can happen from top to bottom
