Gets good from 3rd round I guess compared to previous seasons...
Fa Cup 1st round win - £20k (£16k last season) 2nd round - £30k (£24k last season) 3rd round - £75k (£40k) 4th round - £100k (£60k) 5th round - £200k (£120k) 6th round - £400k (£300k) Semi winner - £1m (£900k) Semi loser - £500k - (no payment previously) Winner - £2m (£1m) Losing Finalist - £1m (no payment previously)
TV 1st Round Live - £75k, 1st round replay live - £37500 2nd round Live - £80k, 2nd round replay live - £40k 3rd round - £160k, replay - £80k 4th round - £160k, replay - £80k 5th round - £275k, replay - £137.5k 6th round - £275k, replay - £137.5k TV Highlights £7500k every round.
Radio fee, £9000 for 90 mins coverage, £4500 for half match and £2250 for quarter match.
May I be the first to exclaim "Where has the <insert Premier League club 3rd round tie here> money gone?" when we're bemoaning a lack of signings next summer whilst someone from the club says, "we only get £4.75p, and then only if we win by more than 8 goals..."....or was that another football club we used to support...I guess we'll learn over the coming seasons!!?

Are those payments cumulative or total?
I.e. if for example we should lose in the 5th round would we get 20+30+75+100= 225
or just 100 for the 4th round win?

you get the money when you are knocked out ie if we went to the 6th round and were knocked out we would get what ever the payment is for the previous round ie winner of that tie.......................... unless someone is going to tell me different

If we win a tie we''ll get the money from that round. That carries on until we win it and scoop a total of £3.825 million in the process

Quite significant changes for losing finalists and semi-finalists.

The draw should be next Saturday on Final Score on BBC1 after the classifieds (about 5ish).

Plus if we take every round to a replay and both ties are shown on TV, have highlights of each round on MOTD and live coverage on 5 Live we'll be getting another £2,219,500 on top of prize money. Imagine how many central midfielder's we'd get with £6,044,500

Barring a few probable upsets it looks like its going to be a case of the rich getting richer to me.

I always thought it totted up as you went along but might be wrong.
Who's ever heard of a quarter match radio commentry? " So with 22 minutes on the clock, that's all we have time for from The Galpharm Stadium, so here's Showaddywaddy with Three steps to Heaven..."

i think its more if theyre doing commentary on a match and its not particularly interesting, nothing happening etc, then they'll switch to another match for commentary

Looks like the OS has the date and time wrong for the 1st Round draw. They say it's 1pm on Sunday on ITV, but the FA website says 5:30pm on Saturday. And since when did ITV do anything to do with the FA Cup?

I think ITV have the rights to some of the games this year unless someone wants to correct me.

All the money gained from winning cup matches will go straight to win bonuses in the players contracts anyway
