Anyone got any clues?
Personally i'd go unchanged from Saturday.
------------------Glennon------------------
Goodwin ---Clarke--Butler---Skarz---
--------Craney--Worthy--Flynn--------
Jones--------------------------Roberts
---------------Dicko------------------------
The only obvious changes that could happen would be at fullback, with Holdsworth and Williams maybe coming in. Should Holdsworth come in, or should Goodwin be given another chance? Personally I think stick with Goodwin for this game.

I'd be tempted to try the following:
-----------------------Glennon------------------------
Goodwin--------Clarke-------Butler---------Skarz ----------------------Holdsworth--------------------- ------------Craney-------------Flynn----------------- --Roberts--------------------------------------Jones -----------------------The Dick------------------------
Be harsh on Worthy but I don't think he's a holding player where as Holdsworth has played the role superbly before - but mostly under Jacko.

I was just thinking about who talks most on the pitch and organises players the most and the only player I could think of was Glennon. I was thinking this because I dont think worthy is as good as captain. Worth a shot giving glennon the captaincy?

I've never liked seeing the goalie as captain, I think it has to be CM to CB, someone in the action and who can lift the game.

I agree but we dont have anyone in their who talks to the players and gives instructions. Glennon seems to be the only one who talks to the players. I'd quite like to see holdsworth given it in midfield like he was against birmingham last season but I doubt it will happen.

I actually don't think Holdsworth is a particually good rightback, he's much better in central midfield. I'm not even sure i'd have Holdsworth at right back in front of Goodwin. Stick him in midfield Stan!

Replace Goodwin with Holdsworth and that would be my team but I think ST will play the same starting XI

Holdsworth at right back and Goodwin to replace Worthy in midfield.
Cant see either happening though so will probably be same team

perhaps it is time to try andy instead of worthy. but stan isn't going to drop his captain. and worthy always seems to get picked in the first team, whoever the manager is, so he obviousl has leadership qualities that we can't see from the stands.

I'd put Holdsworth in for Goodwin otherwise keep it the same as Saturday

I'd select Goodwin over Holdsworth in either position but I think if we're going to drop Worthy again then Goodwin would be more useful in the middle, breaking up play and giving it simple.

I think the 451/433 formation causes a lot of problems to the opposition, when we're attacking we have flynn, craney, roberts and jones all attacking the box, so dickinson isn't isolated. And provides more strength through the middle when we lose the ball.

Much as I’d like to see Holdsworth in the side I think he ought to pick the same starting eleven.

predict a 1 -1 tonight, they are a good footballing side, would be a good result in what will be a very tough game. over the years at their ground its 5 wins each and 3 draws !

I'd go for: Glennon Holdsworth/Goodwin Clarke/Lucketti Butler Scarz/Williams(injury permitting) Worthington Roberts Flynn Craney Jones Dickinson
I only put Lucketti as a possible as i feel Saturday's goal is just the sort of goal his excellent positioning would have kept out.
