Unitil we get our wretched defence sorted out!! we are going nowhere. Listening to the game on radio Leeds, we seemed to be ok until the penalty but what happened after, there's no excuse.
I am giving Stan until Christmas to sort things out, but like many others! i'm not happy with thing's at all.

.... we did concede twice before the penalty though (and twice after) ... it says our defence needs looking at

we need stability, ffs all these moaning twats get on my nerves.
we will probabably win at peterboro, then got yeovil and crewe at home...... could easily get 7 points out of 9. what is the point chopping and changing managers, give the bloke a bloody chance , please... the bloody defence cost us tonight.

It's the full backs virtually every week. I'm stunned no one else sees it to be honest...

the thing is , one of the options is unsworth ...ffs now he was a shit signing, you rightly say that the full backs are letting us down... we cant use the old hair gel excuse can we, were at end of october, are any other teams still gelling

The defence did cost us Nick. Stan was'nt my choice, but you have to give the man a chance, we cant just keep changing managers all the time.

I see it every home match Matt. No wonder Glennon is so nervous with that lot in front of him, and Unsworth and Lucketti are to slow.

we will probabably win at peterboro, then got yeovil and crewe at home...... could easily get 7 points out of 9. I'm predicting a generous 4 myself (lose at P'boro, win against Yeovil and a draw against Crewe) but you mean to tell me on current evidence this team is capable of getting 7 points out of the next 9? We will 'probabably' win at Peterborough will we? Optimism is nice, but the cold, hard facts are we've got one good winger, one good striker (on loan) and a central midfielder at right back. This is despite the manager being given the biggest war chest a manager has had here since Steve Bruce in 1999.

Will he get that long though? We traditionally sack at the beginning of April, once the stated aim at the beginning of the season (the play-offs, again) are more than likely out of reach. Then what? Murphy takes over for the final 10 games and we play alright without setting the division on fire, bring in a new guy at the end of the season, get all optimistic and the whole, sorry process goes on.
Sack him now. Let someone fresh, young and enthusiastic come in. We know what Ternent is all about - it's old hat lump-it-up-to-the-big-fella hoofball and it doesn't work any more. It did 10 years ago, but it doesn't now. The longer we leave it, the longer this club is going to stagnate in this division.
