From Norwich official site:
CANARY boss Glenn Roeder today dismissed media speculation linking Assistant Manager Lee Clark to the vacant manager's job at Huddersfield Town.
Speaking exclusively to First News he said: "Reports over the weekend and on Monday morning suggesting that my assistant manager Lee Clark is about to join Huddersfield as their new manager are totally unfounded and untrue.
"How these irritating stories start I do not know. I have a very good relationship with Lee. If he was about to join any other club I would know a long time before it got into the media. This is just wild speculation and it's very unhelpful.
"Lee is fully committed to myself and Norwich City like all the rest of the backroom staff here. I have assembled the best backroom staff I have ever had and we all know that we need to improve results - but that will be done with the help of the players, staff and everybody at the Club, and I stress everybody, pulling in the right direction.
"We are facing our most important match of the season against Ipswich, a game I can assure our supporters everybody at Colney and Carrow Road is working very hard to prepare for and looking forward to greatly."

Anyone can e-mail the mirror and they'll believe it. I'm going to try and get one started myself... good one -- suppose there is no mileage in Shearer, and to be fair you should make it a relatively 'believeable' name - can anyone suggest a possible name for dan to use? and then all it will take is for you to email the mirror and make a posting or two (on here and on BBC 606) and watch -- within 48 hours it will be all over the country !!

Right, lets see if the Daily Star believe me. I've gone for Steve Wigley, current head coach at Bolton...

E-mailed both The Star and Mirror. Got an e-mail back from the Star:
"Appreciate you taking the time to contact us. We have a dilemma because in this morning's Star we had good information that Lee Clark would be the new manager!"
I pointed him in the direction of the Roeder link and made up more bollocks about Steve Wigley.

That is interesting, makes it looks as though they are actually practicing good journalism You are to be applauded for your efforts lad. Could prove to be as much fun as Freddi's tales of wisdom

Hmm, using the divining rod of the mind, I predict the Mirror may have someone who supports Ipswich Town on their books...
