Hungry young manager with highly experienced assistant plus a guy that could give you that crucial extra 5% = a winning combination for me. Happy at the news

Sounds good from what Hoyle has said. Clark wants to play a short passing fast attacking style of football and thats why Steve Black is involved as the players will need to be extremely fit to play this way. We will also need some better players imo if we want to be successful playing this way.

Me thinks that whoever writes the articles for the official site needs to get a thesaurus!
Great news though.

Chuffed to bits.Let us hope that we now can look forward to some GOOD football.Clark Fazackerley and Black sound like a good combination.
I only hope though that we are still keeping Mitchell in the frame.

I think Mitchell should stay and run the academy under the guidance of GM and help out with the reserve side (blooding the youngsters) for now.

This sounds excellent news. I have felt that the fitness of the players has been questionable for a few years now so the appointment of a trainer dedicated to this aspect of the game is like music to my ears.
Let's hope when we have set-backs the boo-boys leave these lads AND the new Chairman (who has apparently firmly established HIS authority) to get on with the job of getting us to the San Siro.....And along the way cinvincing the new manager that Huddersfield can do what the Magpies couldn't.
