Cadders for me today was our best player, the amount of times he could have given up or played the ball out or the easy pass he went for it, he fought to get the ball and thats how our second goal came about

Glad Williams played well today. Time to get off his back methinks.

Williams was best player on the park in the first half, plays much better in a conventional LB role .
Cadders was by far the best player on the park in the second half and deserves to be man of the match, was dying for him to get a goal and unfortunately for him he got dragged down (and looked a bit injured too) for the second.

Cadders and Goodwin were truly awesome today. Williams was very good aswell, looked assured on the ball. Jevons was lively in the first half but drifted somewhat in the second - he just needs a goal!

Many might not agree with this but i wouldnt mind seeing us ship Parker out in January, not a clue what his strengths are. Doesnt look fast, cant beat a man, cant hold it up, shooting is poor, cant head or jump...

Agreed - that shot Jevons skied summed up his season, got in the right position Cads delivered but it all went high wide and not very handsome! Some lovely vision and interlink play from him. Parker didnt help who had an absolute stinker!

I don't boo players and I don't slag off players but Williams did play awful on Friday. He owed us a good performance after that.
I hope he comes good but if not then a new left back in January please....as well as an out an out striker!

To be fair to Williams he does play better with a 442 system as with not being the quickest on the park he doesn't have to cover most of the left side as with 352
The one area I think he can improve though is with his tackling he does seem to shy from some and at other times get a rush of blood to the head and go over the top.
Altogether though a lot better performance today (even with the inept officials!) with everyone battling roll on Oldham

well done to williams today im not his biggest fan but he was excellent today, a shame some wan*er sat next to me in the antich stand booed him before kick off and was still calling him sh*t and fat bast*rd even in the 90th minute after playing well, the only downer for me today was the fans around me, the guy next to me slagging williams off, guy behind me constantly slagging jevons off and a guy to my right keep going on about how glennon should be back in net because of the performance at carlisle i mean hes got 3 clean sheets in 5 now.
i think everyone performed well today and we got a good result against 14 men, worst officials ive seen in 18 years off watching town, time for us to have a positive and rally instaed of slagging players off

Fair play to Williams he had a good game today.
It does make me think that Unsworth must be terrible in training either fitness, application or quality or maybe a combination of the three to be looked over by three different managers.

Can't argue with that, hats off to both players. Clarke and Butler were also very, very good. Clarke seems to be approaching the form of when he first burst on the first team scene

RW had a superb game today. He was one of the best Town players. True Town fans who boo their own team members should sod off somewhere else as they are not wanted nor does anyone else close to them want to hear it. Lee Clarks Blue and White Army!
