Cadders appeared to be struggling with a back injury at the final whistle. Think he was fouled by the "cheating" defender as he put Roberts in for the goal. After his efforts today I hope its not an injury that will keep him out of action.

Hopefully just a knock from the collision, their defender was lucky not to be sent off for that
Cads was awesome today!

Cads was the difference today. Great performance.
Jevons did OK. Not impressed with Parker, no effort from him at all.

Great game from Cads. MOTM for me, but the Goodwin decision was a good wind up.

Roberts goal saved the cheating number 24 from a red card, which would probably have got as bigger cheer as the goal!!

Thats a bit harsh I think, Parker didn't have a great game, but he chased a fair bit. Personally I thought Jevons was not that good again. Out of the 11 players on the pitch he looked like the one that was trying least.

Jevons is a subtle player unlike the scuttling Parker he has an awareness of the flow of the game. Jevons is an intelligent player who does not get the recognition he deserves.

jevons did ok - better than his usual standard which isnt saying much, Parker was awful for the 3rd game in a row - just jogs about the pitch - he did some decent runs in behind towards the end but nowhere near good enough im affraid. we beat scunny today and our least effective players were the front two - its OBVIOUS where clark needs to strengthen IMO.
Negatives out of the way - what en exciting game and buzzing atmosphere. Cadds, Goodwin and my motm Butler were awesome !

Cads was my MOTM today and his class stood out.
He never stopped running and he is lethal on the wing and can't half cross a ball-all we need is someone like a new Boothy to put some of these crosses away.
Good performance by all today, except the officials and at least Scunny came to play football-well 10 or their players did.
Their diver actually had a crap game and the booing for his dive made his game worse.

Jevons made a big difference imo - taking on responsibility to lead the line in a role which he doesn't favour.
Once or twice he could have done things more quickly, but held the ball well, linked play inteligently well and used his body shape well. Good effort.

Cads was outstanding again today. Are we going to see the player hes been threatening to be ( but not actually being) all these years since he first burst onto the scene at everton? Hope so. Parker worked hard but his decision making was poor when he had the ball. Bit unlucky aswell cos a few of the offsides he was pulled up for were bad decisions. Jevons dod ok, no more than that, but hes a striker who just doesn't even look like he even might score a goal. Too lightweight for me. Ged rid. Butler battled very well but he gives me the shakes. Hes so panicy on possession its untrue. There are centre backs in most pub teams who are more comfortable on the ball than him. After a few clumsy challenges and nearly gifting them a goal with an awfull pass, Goodwin recovered well and had a storming 2nd half but Cadamarteri was my MOTM.
