He always mentions the lads who are not even in the 16 and says they will still play a part and are just as important, is it me of would stan have never have said anything so positive and team builiding. Top bloke Clark, great appointment and were only just starting !!

He looks the business on the touchline.
Encouraging, switching tactics, asking advice, congratulating players, not endlessly carping at the officials and even a hint of Mad Dog Allen for entertainment.

I really think Clark is starting well in his first job. He has got the fans and (it seems) the players on his side within three games. Unlike Stan who managed to lose the fans and (it seemed) the players within three games Well done Lee. Keep up the good work.

Fair play to Adkins, I think that's a pretty fair assessment considering he is the losing manager

Excellent comments from clark again the more i hear from him the more impressed i am!!! Got to admire the man, he stood by his players even after the Carlisle shambles. What a difference from Stan eh! *Not my fault it's the players* Hope Clark does well, seems to have the making of a good manager.

Am reading Steve Black's autobiography and Clark has learnt a lot off this guy already.
His quote about the players being good enough but needing to believe in themselves could have come straight out of Blacks mouth.
That said, very impressed with Clark so far

Although the commitment etc cannot be questioned i'd of prefurred us to keep the ball down alot more. Against Hereford we did just that and we're excellent, but today against 2 huge centrebacks too many times we continued to hoof it forward to probably the two smallest men on the pitch.
I think if we'd on kept the ball on the floor we'd of made it alot easier for ourselves. Can't moan too much though as we won at the end of the day. Should be a big crowd against Oldham!

Lee Clark has always wanted to be a football manager and what I've seen and read since he joined Town suggests to me he is very likely to be successful.
He'll make mistakes, but you can be certain he'll learn from those mistakes and Hoyle will fully support him. I just hope Town fans have the patience that will be needed.
Well done Lee Clark!

Id put a grand on him getting promotion, if not this season then automoatic next. Town have one of the best set ups outside the premier...FACT , very impressed today after the damp squib on boxing day !
