Less talk, more action please Kiegan. I don't like it when players come out and talk about what they are going to do.
Foreign nations seem to always claim "We'll make England look the fools, etc" all the time and rarely does it happen.

He's quick alright but he doesn't seem to have much else to his game - in fact he really doesn't seem to have much of a football brain. He's rarely in the right place at the right time and is offside far too much for a quick fella. If we had another option on the wing I'd rather see Cadamateri up front because he'd cause more problems to the centre backs than Parker. Having said that - Cadamateri and Parker caused more problems than Parker and Jevons.

Parker, Cads and Jevons - none of them are good enough to get us to the next level. Cads can do a job on the wing but neither of the other two are good enough for this club............

To say that Parker and Jevons are strikers they have been very poor so far..... we can only hope that the new boys get them back on track.... Parker shows hints of what he's capable of but Jevons is still a mystery..... what does he do?

Disagree about Cads. He has been superb for a number of weeks now and he is definately good enough to help us get to the next level. Agree about Jevons and the jury is still out on Parker for me!

Until Gerry and Graham took over after the sacking of Ternent no-one really stood out apart from 1/2 players, as the so called experts say "confidence can bring goals" and there is more exposure and pressure on strikers so give Parker abit longer I believe he will get afew, it is Jevons really I think that is letting us down up front.

to be fair, at least he knows he's not doing a job at the moment and is publicly asking Clarke to give him a chance, whereas jevons probably thought about it, but the examiner reporter was slightly out of earshot and he couldn't be arsed to move closer.

Second half on Saturday, Parker, gets the ball on right wing, Cadders overlaps, Parker passes inside to Collins, Collins works it to left wing. I was screaming at Parker to bomb into the middle which is what he should have done as soon as he released that ball, Cadders was already covering the right hand side. He stands there while Roberts gets to the byline and puts in a great cross which lo-and-behold, no-one got on the end of. So frustrating.

I think that Parker and Jevons' weaknesses are showing more so than ever because they are playing alongside each other, and they don't compliment each other well at all. If either one was to play alongside a strong centre forward who holds the ball up well, then we will start to see the best of them.

We have the daft situation at the moment where Jevons drops deep and Parker drifts wide and we then have nobody in the box!

I'd like to see him stay on his feet a bit more - he goes down a bit too easily for me instead of trying to win the ball.

parkers got to stay posotive,it wouldnt be very good if he was to say-erm i cant see myself scoring anytime soon,,and Cads has been great even in the warm up he was running down the line crossing into an empty box just like in the game, anyway Clark might go back to the Newcastle days next time Cads crosses they`l be 9 town players in the box :-)

Jevons is looking particularly poor because of the two, he's being used more as the "targetman", which he is not. Also it's pointless giving Parker balls into his chest/head as he's too small to hold it up, he's best getting into the channels or for turning their defence around, eg the goal on Sat. Either one would look much better playing off Boothy.

i think alongside a big center forward who can win headers and flick ons jevons and parker could get enough goals, it could be a bit of a confidence thing with them both if they get 1 they could get a few parker would have to get alot to convince the guy sitting behind me in the antich though, he hates parker so much he was singing keigan parker you a wank&r on sat, he was the only 1 at least
