Clough 'to become new Derby boss' news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/d/derby_county/7813858.stmLooks like Nigel Clough is about to become the new Derby manager and as someone ive supported for the Town job since Jacko got sacked and each manager since id like to wish the lad luck in his new role (except when Derby play town). hes done very well at Burton and they play the game the right way.

Why are they 'talking', why doesn't he just resign?
Oh, I see.

The lad deserves it after 10 years at Burton. Good luck to him, I would have liked to see him at Town but very happy with what we've got.

I wonder where we would be in 10 years if Lee Clarke and the rest of the coaches were here that long. A lot better position than now i would predict. Not often chairman stick by managers for longer than 5 years but when they do it generally seems to pay off.
