I like this guy, Seems to have his head screwed on properly!
Knows what he wants and knows how to get it but in a positive way.

Can someone confirm for me whether Steve Black is a full-time employee of Town, or is he consulting, with Town just being one of a number of his clients. Thanks.

Many people think positivity/phsycological stuff is a load of old bollox but to be honest it's pretty much common sense....just hard to do!!!
You can tell this guy lives positivity every minute of every day and that's why he is successful!! Hopefully that will rub off on us!!!
I don't know whether anyone saw but when he was running the training drills before Saturday's match, he went and congratulated every player when they had finished their shuttle run exercises...and had all the players shaking hands and congratulating each other!!!
Strange to see but seeing him and listening to him, you can see the environment he is trying to achieve!!!

Must be full time if he his with them in the week and at the games every weekend? I think he does consulting elsewhere, and public / motivational speaking..............

Enjoyed reading that thanks. Wonderful, positive philosophy should give us that extra edge.
