smithies, butler, holdsworth, collins, roberts, goodwin. all with right coaching (which we have) because all would have great desire and passion in that league

Berrett,Smithies but can`t pick a third. DEPENDS WHAT HE MEANS BY PLAYING IN PREMIER - IF HE MEANS PLAY AT THE VERY TOP OF THAT LEAGUE THEN ONLY ONE (SMITHIES) HAS ANYTHING NEAR THAT TYPE OF PROMISE. A COUPLE OF OTHERS MIGHT HAVE THE ABILITY TO DO A JOB THERE (COLLINS, ROBERTS, BERRETT) BUT NONE OF THEM DO IT CONSISTENTLY ENOUGH AT LEAGUE 1 LEVEL AS YET AND BEARING IN MIND WE HAVENT SOLD ANYONE TO A CHAMPIONSHIP CLUB FOR 3+ YRS THEN I DOUBT A PREM CLUB WILL COME SNIFFING IN THE SHORT TERM.

Smithies, holdsworth, clarke, roberts - all could play in the premiership, not talking top 4 are we, but look at stoke, hull - hardly teams full of world beaters eg) andy griffin, turner etc
Collins berrett depending on development.

The only one who could play the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea, Man U etc is
Terry the Terrier.

Roberts & Cads... have seen both play several excellent through balls fully expecting there to be a runner on the end but rest of team not on same mental level. Kieron mentioned something similar on Sat about Roberts.

Turner is quality! Always was at Brentford and then for Hull - I think he even spent a short while at AC Milan.

i have to agree with timclarkehadhands. town don't have any players who could play in the premier league. that is why we have been in lower 2 leagues for last how ever long.
one or 2 could get lucky with right team/manager but highly unlikely. squad player for promoted side is the best anyone could hope for.

Unfortunately i've gotta agree with the posters who say we don't have any good enough for the premiership at the moment. Smithies and Berrett look like they could become good enough if used right and with the right training. It doesn't matter though because when we get promoted to the Premiership in a couple of years we'll have a completely different team anyway

There's a few of the Hull team from there League One days still playing for them in the Premiership; Dawson, Myhill, Ashbee and Barmby off the top of my head. Plus at the same time Turner was a League One centre back with Brentford
For those saying Roberts would make it from Town's squad, it's interesting that other than Barmby (special coming home circumstances) none of Hull's flair players have made the higher grade
