Cheers

True Story coming up... As we walked over the Bridge yesterday pre match there was a Black guy suited up and in town tie talking to a fat older bloke. Ding spotted him and we were discussing who it might be, she thought it could be one of these trialists, i said it was probably just some guy in hospitality. I never thought at the time but he did look like Babayaro and haing checked wikipedia he is free agent at the moment apparently. Can't see this happening though, I think he either has a lookalike or is maybe just training with us as he'll know Clark.

Free agent.
Used to play for Newcastle.
Left back.
Only 30 (well, you never know with these Nigerians - date of birth is not that important and recorded as well over there as it is here).
This is not that implausible.

Kanu recently celebrated his 21st birthday. Despite rumours, Martins was in fact born yesterday.

werling might have got a 6mth deal then? Don't be silly , we only sign established ex premier league stars now, not realistic targets like you 'suggest'. Please keep up LordB I know it's been a while.

Does it ever occur to anybody that footballers might have mates such as Lee Clark or others associated with Town (or Swindon/the visitors) who may just come to watch a game because they've been invited... Idle speculation, que sera sera... You should all go and work for the BBC/SKY on their transfer rumour mill garbage
