At the moment it looks like we are struggling to sign decent strikers.
I reckon we should be looking at Premier league squads and possbily some championship for these strikers that are not getting in the team. Or should be looking at non-league tiers for young strikers banging them in that are hungry.....a DJ campbell springs to mind....
At the moment we are going for form strikers and are in competition with championship clubs.....hopefully they will come off but surely there are untapped strikers in premier league that we can lure......and compete for the best non league players.....i.e not a denton....he was'nt even prolific at non-league level.

I'm pretty sure Clark is willing to delve into the non-league market but first he will exploring all other avenues. Like he says there's no point rushing in and not getting the right man.

Admittedly it's a little bit disconcerting to read of players who we've bid for not interested in coming, but if the Kevin Phillips rumours are true and we do get him this month, in my opinion he's all we need to fire us to the playoffs.
