Is it just me, or is anyone else excited as f*ck about Saturday? Feels like were going to a massive cup game or something. Everyone is in high spirits, were not worried about getting beat even though were playing top of the league & were taking 3000+ fans down. Last time I felt like this was before we went to Oldham the other season in't 4th round of the FA Cup. Here's hoping for the same result eh ;D

Now the old cynic in me suggests that what normally happens next ain't that pretty when it comes to Town.
High expectations, big following normally equals big let down.
This Saturday will show how far Town have come I reckon.

completely agree. since saturday whenever i've been doing something i dont like or got a bit bored i've just thought never mind its leicester on saturday!! forget cup tie feeling, its like christmas! and pozza i must say you are an absolute legend with all the effort you've put into the tickertape. my seat number is 6 so i think i'll be able to get a few good shots of the support this weekend. think a good sing song about deano to show how far we've come with him would be brill UTT!

Yes i agree with such a big following ect the one's who only show for big games True but i hope 2000+ join us on the trips to Hereford, Walsall, Tranmere, Stockport, Scunthorpe and possibly MK Dons. These have to be considered big games now, play off rivals or relatively close . Cant wait for them.

Yes i agree with such a big following etc the one's who only show for big games I'll be there for MK Dons away, please don't call me a "tag-a-long" or "jumping on the band wagon" - I struggle to get to home games due to work commitments, but I've only missed Port Vale at home. MK Dons will be the 81st ground I've visited WITH Town (that includes all grounds, so there will be the likes of Mansfield, Halifax etc which are no longer in the league) I will try my hardest to fill my car, so there could be another 4 people similar to me who have been watching Town for 30 years or so, who too don't get to every away game. I take my hat off to the 400 fans who travel up to the likes of Yeovil midweek watching Town. I've been there and done that too (Bournemouth on a Tuesday night, Bournemouth - setting off from "The Crown" when the pubs closed at 11:30pm on a Friday night, then playing footie in a huge car park in Bournemouth at about 5am!) I think the run in will see a minimum of 2000 traveling, with atmospheres like Swindon at home and inevitably the atmosphere on Saturday at Leicester, the away support will only increase. Does anyone know the maximum we will get at Scunny and Walsall, surely they will be sell outs? UTT

Woah! It must be 'our' cup final or summot! Good point. Probably the best way to answer the people who accuse us of having 2 cup finals a year, make every game a cup final.

I think you're right to point out that this good feeling goes beyond just results - it's about the positive feeling running through the club and fans at the moment. Personally, I think this weekend is all about performance. If we do our best and play a good game, then a win for me will just be a bonus.
You only have to look at their position, goal difference and home record to say that the odds are massively against us...................but my heart still says we can beat them!!

Been quiet at work this morning, so I took advantage of this and used the shredder to create tons of ticker tape.
I will put them in small bags like I did last time and hand them out pre match tomorrow same as Pozza. Feel free to come and get some.
Looking forward to a fantastic atmosphere, thousands of Town fans and loads of noise!.
Feeling optimistic for tomorrow, think we can win.
Pozza, get all the young kids to blow up the ballons, save yourself for booze and footy!! ;D
COME ON THE TOWN !!!

I seldom get to many away games these days (family commitments etc...) but tomorrow could be very special. 3000+ town fans creating a special away atmosphere will be very special for those with tickets... I sense we will get a at least a draw...... Best wishes to the travelling faithful....
