With 2 in already and possibly a third to come,
Which players should we expect to leave this coming week?
Worthington, Flynn, Unsworth and Kamara are the one's id get rid of.

Worthington will go I reckon, i'd like unsworth to leave as well but nobody in their right mind would take him

I'd add Keigan Parker. He's like a totally inferior version of Pilkington and Ainsworth and with baggage too. Jevons I'd keep because he offers something different and I honestly believe he'll come good (or Blackie will kill him  ) I reckon Skarz will go out on loan too. |

ideally unsworth,kamara,worthington........however the only way i see us getting unsworth off the wage bill before the end of the season (thank fekk his contract is up in the summer) is if we pay up the rest of his contract-would also send out a few players on loan,such as skarz,flynn or berrett,possibly tom clarke as well

I'd let Kamara, Unsworth, Lucketti, Skarz (dependant on how good Werling is) and possibly Worthy, Parker and Flynn at a push.
I don't know who would be foolish enough to take some of these names though.
I could only see Worthy to get more regular football and maybe Lucketti if a League 2, bottom League 1 club could afford him.

Unsworth and Kamara should definitenly go. Flynn could go as well, decent player but we've got loads of options in that position. I'd keep Worthington and Lucketti. If we can sign a striker then would be happy to see the back of Parker as well.

This is a real change of the gaurd, some players must leave now and better will come in. At last we have a plan for overall improvement.
Some of those who will go may have done a very good and honourable job but for the first time in a long time we have people in charge who are genuinely trying to improve us.
I am sure a certain Mr Ternent would say that was his plan too, but his execution on and off the park was somewhat odd!

ST improved the squad but had dogcrap ideas tactically and man management wise. He thought he was doing us a favour by being our manager.
Unlike Lee who is grateful and also has respect for the club and its fans.
Improvements are being made now though and its great to we the fans.

I think the players under pressure from these signings are Craney and Flynn. Contrary to just about everybody else I think Worthy is now more likely to be kept.
(That’ll do till Slaps arrives. Where is he anyway?)

Of Craney and Flynn I think that possibly Craney is the winner IMO when it comes to being kept. I can seriously see Worthington going though, he's not happy if he's not playing first team and he needs first team football.

He might want to go but that aside it makes no sense to DECIDE to let him go. He is our defensive midfield cover at the moment, the best we have to challenge Goodwin's place in the team.
These signings put pressure on Craney and Parker and make Kamara's and Flynns hopes of getting a game virtually nil, if they weren't already.
The obvious players to release that we don't have any need for are Kamara, Flynn and Unsworth. Add Lucketti to that but in his case we'd need to sign a replacement. Those 4 will be on roughly 15k a week between them and offer nothing to the side and very little to the squad. Its just whether we can find anyone to take them. Think Kamara will have suitors, not sure about the others on the money they are on here.
It wouldn't surprise me if we lose Collins to finance all this

Realistically could see worthington to lincoln; tom clark to sadford; lucketti to some league1/2 club. We're probably stuck with the rest til contracts run out!

I would try and offload any of the following before the end of next week:
Unsworth, Skarz, Flynn, Kamara, Worthy and Parker
Only keeping Glennon and Lucketti as they are the only backup in those positions we have - ideally i would sign a keeper and a centre back but perhaps i would leave that until summer and then move those two on.
In the summer i would also try and offload Jevons, retire Booth, think about Craney's future...
and strengthen in all areas that we are moving players on in....
looks good to me! ;D
