just looked at the goals more closely on virginmedia and i've got to admit our defence was bad.the leicester players were looking to win any ball that came into the area while our defence ball watched. Hope this is just a blip--i must also add that leicester had their fair share of luck with their goals as well. we are definately going to have to work on defending set pieces. however it was a great day out,the town fans were superb and we deserved a draw!

Saw that the third goal was blatant hand ball shame the officials weren't in an ideal position to see 'em.

Set pieces, particularly against Howard cost us, 'in game' defending was reasonable

What we need is a strong, but fairly quick centre back. Butler and Clarke didn't really win that much in the air on Saturday, albeit with blatant pushes from their players. I know this is slightly stereotypical, but a coloured lad would suit, as they generally fit the bill?

Howards a big lump and hard to handle for any centre back but I really can't understand why it was butler who was given the job of marking him when Clarke is the stronger of the two in the air. 3 or their 4 goals came from Butler being beaten in the air by Howard.

FFS Its a reasoned arguement that, in general, coloured people are more solid due to their heavier bone structure. Hence they make terrible swimmers and they never make the swimming finals!!

Don't know about bone structure, but to my mind black people of west indian descent are naturally more muscular than any other race of people because of the genetic engineering that the slave trade caused. Conditions were so hard anyone but the very strongest would have been removed from the gene pool. Thus all sprinters are the descendants of slaves taken from Africa and none are descendants of those not taken as slaves.
Either way, Im happy with Clarke and Butler at the moment but do think we need a third option to push them for their place.
