Difficult i know but I think we need to be patient with our new boys. We have paid a substantial fee for both but neither are the finished article yet. We need to treat them like academy graduates and not expect them to be world beaters. They are at a new club, with high expectations on them for the first time in their career. Our being supportive could be the difference to their confidence between absolute class and free transfers out at the end of next season because they have failed.

Our being supportive could be the difference to their confidence between absolute class and free transfers out at the end of next season because they have failed. excellent and valid point imo. i am hoping that as with lee clark, the VAST majority will accept the positives as well as the parts where they will stub their toes a bit as they go along. i mean so far not everything has gone exactly clarks way with results, but still everyone remains so positive and supportive of lee because they can see the effort and the direction the team, and club overall, are heading in, and in gives you more room to be patient. we will get their, with everyone pulling together. UTT ;D
