think we need to revert to 3-5-2 when we play away from home, it has worked well during the time it was employed when gerry was manager. I know we came unstuck with it at carlisle, but I think it is time we had another try with it as since we have gone 4-4-2 away we have only got 1 point.

don't think a last minute equaliser at northampton, or the 5 goals we've conceded from set pieces since are directly down to the formation.

don't think a last minute equaliser at northampton, or the 5 goals we've conceded from set pieces since are directly down to the formation. 3 centre halves gives added height - even if berrett, he's good in the air for his height. But its something to look at. However, you can't go through a season switching formation every game home and away. And I don't think you can go a season playing 352 - it is good in short spurts but it does help without a big striker. Longer term, 442 is the way to get promoted. It may have to be 1 step backwards to go forwards playing 442 next season. And having signed two wide players, I can't see a switch to 352 soon!
