Seen as there's a few lightweights on here, scared of snow and ice, thought we should do a poll, to see who would be to blame, for any injuries sustained whilst attending the footy.

Paul because he's a Bradford fan....
If you wanted to be anally retentive, you could also add your shoe manufacturer, if the sole was worn or your laces loose due to poor quality of materials in the lace itself...
There is bound to be at least 1 parasite blame/claim lawyer to take this on for you...
;D

Own fault for falling in a way that meant they got hurt. If they had better reactions they'd be fine

It would depend on where I slipped - if I slipped on some ice on the way to the ground - but still in Denby Dale - it would be difficult to sue the club wouldn't it Not that I would anyway ;D

If you slipped - it's your own daft fault. No-one has forced you to come out. Wear proper footwear. Get geared up and crack on. Stop this 'other persons fault' mentality. Stop whinging. If you slip, get up, laugh at yourself, and carry on. So there.

I decked it on the walk back home from Uni last night. My own stupid fault for taking my eye off where I was going and wearing silly trainers. My arm kills a bit but it won't stop me waving them in the air like a madman tonight when Williams scores from 45 yards. You heard it here first...

The Council own 40% and Uncle Ken the rest so you would sue them under their collective banner, and you would probably have more chance of success if you went for breach of statutory duty

I wouldn't sue anyone because I'm not some opportunistic sponging layabout who thinks the world owes me a living by any means possible. Anyone who thinks like this should be instantly deported to America with the pioneers of this horrendous litigious culture.
That is unless the money comes directly out of Davy's pocket seeing as though he owns the ground now, the bastard.

I'm Health & Safety bod at work and it's all down to the people who are responsible for gritting the particular area - if it's around the Stadium then the Stadium people would be the ones to blame if you fell.

Considering what I've heard today, KMC have allegedly run out of grit due to overspending their budget, so wouldn't this come to the fore? Mind you.... the rumours I've heard we've got Keegan as manager, assistant manager and consultant and Kevin Philips and Liam Dickinson playing up front
